Article 1. -SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of stays made with www.camping-dela-foret.com. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these GTC before any booking of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay. In accordance with the law in force, the present GTC are made available to any client for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any sales contract for stays. They can also be obtained by simple written request addressed to the headquarters of the establishment.
Article 2 -CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
All rentals are nominative and can not be assigned. Rentals are for a specific number of people, including children and babies. Reservations are processed according to their dates of requests.
2.1 Reservation
The reservation can only be effective after reception of your signed contract, accompanied by your deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the stay + administration fee.
Upon receipt, a confirmation will be sent to you. An inventory and description of the lease are attached to this contract.
2.2 Modification of reservation When the stay is started, no Refund is not possible due to early departure for any reason.
2.3 Retraction
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in case of distance selling provided by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
2.4 Delay or Cancellation
No reduction will be granted for a delayed arrival. Any ancellation of your booking must be reported as soon as possible and in writing:
- Up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit, or 30% will be retained as well as the application fees;
- Less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the totality of the stay will be due as well as the expenses of file;
- After 24 hours from the expected day of arrival, if the tenant has not notified of the delay and the new arrival date, we reserve the right to rent the accommodation. The totality of the stay as well as the expenses of file will be preserved as indemnities.
2.5 Last minute booking
Any reservation made in a delay less than 30 days before the date of departure must be paid in full and by card or bank transfer. A proof of the transfer will be requested by email within 48 hours.
2.6 Cancellation Insurance (AA)
We propose the “Campez Couvert” CI
This contract allows you to obtain the refund of the sums paid in case of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions. To be valid, this membership must take place at the same time as the signing of the contract.
The cost for this insurance is 4% of the total cost of the stay
Article 3. PRICE AND PAYMENT OF STAY
The total cost of the stay is payable 30 days before arrival by check, bank transfer, remote CB, payline. The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT
Article 4 PROGRESS OF THE STAY
4.1 Arrival
High season-> Saturday to Saturday from 16h.
Off season-> any day.
The customer agrees to warn of his arrival time between 16h and 18h.
Key collection will only be made upon full payment of the stay and deposit of the deposit. The tenant must check the inventory and report any problem within 24 hours after installation. Bed linen is mandatory, mattress pads, pillows, duvets and blankets are provided. You can rent bed linen and towels, as well as various equipment and baby kit.
4.2 Deposit
Two deposits of 200 € + 80 € (cleaning) per accommodation
will be requested upon arrival. During the opening hours of the reception, they will be returned on the day of your departure, after an inventory and inventory made in your presence. If you can not be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned or destroyed as you wish.
The billing for any damage will be added to the price of the stay and cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness.
4.3 Departure Your rent must be returned in perfect state of cleanliness, the day
your departure before 10am. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. Liability insurance is mandatory.
The appointment to make the inventory is mandatory at the latest the day before departure.
4.4 Animals are allowed inside.
It is forbidden leave alone locked. However, you must keep them on a leash in the outdoor areas. An up-to-date vaccination card will be requested upon your arrival.
4.5 Rules of Procedure
As the law requires, you must agree to abide by our rules of procedure, filed with the prefecture, posted at the reception and a copy of which will be given to you upon request.
Article 5. LIABILITY
The Camping declines any responsibility for the damages suffered by the camper-camper's equipment which would be of its own making; insurance for your material in the area of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC ...).
Article 6 APPLICABLE LAW
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the District Court or the commercial court of Besançon.
