The object of the rent is furnished, equipped. The dishes, covered, material of cooking, braids are supplied by
the owners: possibility of rent of sheets (10 € for double bed and 7€ for simple bed) . The tenant makes a commitment to leave the rent, the business, the furniture in good condition and to replace them or to pay these in case of loss or of deterioration.
The house must be returned clean or a forfait of 40 euro for the household will be applied.
The tenant makes a commitment to pay the owner one week before his arrival by transfer and the pledge in ready
cash the day of arrival
The pledge will be restored the day of its departure, if no damage was noticed,
On this subject the tenant has to indicate during his installation if he notices a problem of cleaning, missing
material or small problem within 48 hours. The tenant cannot sublet the rented good, nor give up the rights in all
or in part for a third person at the risk of cancellation of the present contract except written authorization. The
rent can receive the maximum number of mentioned persons. In case of overtaking without authorization this
contract will be cancelled by rights.
In case of disorder of neighborhood or nuisances the contract will be cancelled without any refund. In case of cancellation of the rent the deposit will not be paid off except case of absolute necessity.
The rent will be de facto cancelled if it is not occupied within 24 hours from initial date.
Animals are authorized (excepted the dogs of 1st and 2eme category).
The tenants are responsible for flights in the renting. An insurance is advised.
The use of the swimming pool is under the full responsibility of the tenants and not authorized to the children
under age 12 not accompanied (new law on the regulations of swimming pools), the bathing not being watched.
In the event of an accident the responsibility of the owners would not know how to be committed
