BOOKING
- The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and
after receipt of either the duly completed and signed reservation contract or after acceptance of
general conditions of sale when booking online.
- The bookings only bind the campsite, if the campsite has accepted them, what the campsite is free of

Campsite
- The basic package includes the location for the tent or caravan, a vehicle or a camper

Booking fee
- Booking fees are specified on the current rate.
REGULATION OF STAY
- Any reservation is accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay.
- The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before arrival.
No refund will be given in case of late arrival or early departure.

RENTALS
1. Accommodation capacity
When booking, you must specify the exact number of participants and their age and the number
of vehicles. Indeed, for reasons of safety and insurance, it is forbidden to exceed the number
of occupants provided for each type of accommodation.
Each model is equipped according to the maximum number of people mentioned by the campsite. A baby or a child counts for one person. The Site Manager is entitled to refuse any person beyond the intended capacity. The installation of a small tent near the rental is possible to the extent that it is authorized by the campsite and where the number of participants does not exceed the maximum indicated by the campsite.
2. Arrivals and departures
Arrivals are from 16 hours and departures before noon. You must make an appointment with
of the reception for the inventory of fixtures which must take place between 9h and 12h the day of your departure. In case of departure
outside this niche you must agree with the management.
3. Deposit
A deposit will be required upon arrival at the place of stay. This one is obligatory and you will be
returned after verification of the rental on the day of your departure, minus deductions retained
for any damage caused during your stay, any costs of restoration of the premises,
cleaning or the value of the missing material. The whole must therefore be returned to a normal state of cleanliness.

TERMS OF CANCELATION
In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation, the cancellation conditions are as follows:
Any interruption or cancellation must be communicated to the campsite reception.
For customers who have not taken out cancellation / interruption of stay insurance:

No reduction will be granted for delayed arrival or early departure.

Our partner GritchenAffinity will refund all or part of the stay to our holidaymakers.
In case of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal upon the occurrence of an event preventing
your departure by mail or email. If the loss is foreseen in the general conditions (available on the
www.campez-couvert.com or at the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all
necessary information and supporting documents.
GENERAL
We present a general description of the different accommodations. Given the diversity of
rentals, there are some differences in the configuration and equipment of some
accommodation (bunk beds instead of twin beds, for example)

RULES OF PROCEDURE
It belongs to the holidaymaker to take note of the rules of the campsite and to enforce

In case of non-compliance with the rules of procedure of the campsite management, the client will be expelled from
the establishment without any refund and the deposit will be kept.
RESPONSIBILITY
The campsite management is the sole interlocutor of the client and answers in front of him of the execution of the
obligations arising from these terms of sale.
She can not be held responsible for the actions of any person foreign to the organization of the stay,
cases of force majeure, fortuitous events or nuisances that would disrupt, interrupt or

The campsite that welcomes you can not be responsible for any loss or damage
theft of personal property, injury or damage to vacationers or their property during

ANIMALS
Animals are only welcomed to the extent that their presence has been specified and accepted at the time of
booking. Otherwise, the campsite may refuse their presence, the remaining balance of stay nevertheless acquired
at the camping. Pets are accepted for a fee payable upon booking,
except dogs of 1st and 2nd category. When authorized, they must be kept on a leash
permanence and must not cause any nuisance. The vaccination card must be up to date.
