Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the camping-marie-France.com site. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each client acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained by written request sent to the head office of the establishment.
Article 2 - Booking conditions 2.1 Prices and regulations
The price of the stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that tourist tax is not included in the price.
For camping pitch reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and booking fees.

For any delay not reported, the rental / location becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. After this time, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the deposit will remain the property of the campsite management.
2.2 Modification of reservation
No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
For any cancellation received less than 90 days before the start of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded. A commercial gesture may be made on a case by case basis
2.4 Withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code do not apply to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order of a stay with the campsite, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
2.5 Cancellation insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee which allows you to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid in the event of the cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.).

Article 3 - Course of the stay 3.1 Arrivals and Departures
Rental: arrivals are from 5 p.m., departures are before 10 a.m.
3.2 Deposit
A deposit of 300.00 euros per accommodation will be required on the day of your arrival. It will be reimbursed to you on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the fund, after an inventory. The invoicing of possible degradations will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail.
3.3 Departure
Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.

Pets are not allowed inside rentals with supplements. Category 1 prohibited !!
3.5 Internal regulations
As required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations, deposited at the prefecture, displayed at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request.
Article 4 - Liability
The Campsite declines any responsibility for the damage undergone by the material of the camper-caravan which would be of its own fact; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is compulsory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC ...).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Commercial Court.
