RATES Published rates, including taxes and services, are applicable for the current season. The published rates have no contractual value and can be modified without notice. The contractual price is the one fixed at the time of the final reservation. For rentals, the price includes the complete equipment according to inventory, gas, water and electricity. From 1/10 to 1/04, electricity consumption is invoiced at the current rate.
RESERVATION The contract takes effect from the definitive reservation. The reservation is definitive from the reception of a deposit on the price of the stay. Arrivals are scheduled between 4pm and 7pm and the mobile home is to be vacated before 10am on the day of departure. Camping pitches must be vacated before 12.00 noon, otherwise the amount of an extra day will be charged.
DEPOSIT For the rental of a mobile home a deposit of 500 € will be requested at the beginning of the stay. This deposit includes the missing or damaged equipment. Any damage will be retained on this deposit according to the estimate of repair or renewal to which will be added the labor. The cleaning at the end of the stay is not included in the rental, a deposit of 80€ will also be requested on arrival. We remind you that only the person responsible for the inventory on the day of your departure is able to judge the state of cleanliness of your rental. The deposit will be destroyed after the rental has been checked by the cleaning service.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT For bare pitch and mobile home rentals, a deposit of 25% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking. The balance is payable no later than 30 days before the start date of the stay. In case of reservation 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the total price of the stay is payable at the time of reservation. In the absence of full payment 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the Camping les plages de l'Ain reserves the right to consider that the reservation has been cancelled with the consequences set out in the paragraph below.
MODIFICATIONS The tenant will have to announce by mail only any modifications concerning his stay.
CANCELLATION All rentals are nominative and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred or sublet. The rental only becomes definitive with our agreement, and from the definitive reservation.
Our Guaranteed Refund procedure is valid in the following cases and this for any stay until 31/10/2021
- If the customer is unable to get to the rental location (e.g.: confinement, travel ban, border closures).
- If the accommodation provider is obliged to cancel the vacation rental as a result of a decision taken by the relevant government authorities (e.g. sanitary conditions, prohibition to rent, closure of the establishment).
Please note: This guarantee does not apply to the following other reasons of impediment: closed restaurants, curfew, personal concerns, illness of the customer (including covid).
In case of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival, the total amount of the stay will be refunded.
In case of cancellation within 30 days of your arrival, you will be offered an 18-month voucher. This will be refunded if not used after 18 months.
A cancellation insurance is proposed covering a large part of the risks of cancellation of stay and the cases COVID 19 as well as the supervision of repatriation...contractual document to be consulted.
INTERIOR RULES Campers are required to comply with the internal regulations available at the reception desk, and posted outside the campsite reception. Animals kept on a leash are accepted in our establishment for an extra charge. All visitors not included in the stay must declare themselves at the reception and pay for their visit.
RESPONSIBILITY The responsibility of the Camping les Plages de l'Ain within the limits of its legal responsibility, is not engaged in case of : Theft, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, during or following a stay. Accident occurring within the campsite on the games and equipment made available to families. Breakdown or outage of technical equipment. The campsite reserves the right to modify the design and layout of the campsite. It is not responsible for any damage caused or suffered by campers' vehicles parked or circulating in the campsite enclosure and on the campsite parking lot. All complaints concerning the conditions of the stay must be made on the spot to the campsite management in order to find an immediate solution.
Only the French version of the present document will be authentic in case of dispute. The competent jurisdiction will be that of the courts of Bourg en Bresse (Ain). Conditions de vente
In accordance with Articles L152-1 to L.152-5 of the Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to have recourse free of charge to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute between him and a professional. To this end, the Camping les Plages de l'Ain guarantees the consumer the effective recourse to a consumer mediation system.
Within the framework of a dispute with our establishment the campsite les Plages de l'Ain, you have the possibility of contacting us in the following way:
- Sending a letter by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Director of the campsite les Plages de l'Ain, 11 chemin du stade, 01800 St Maurice de Gourdans.
- Sending an email with a request for acknowledgement of receipt and reading of this mail to contact@campingain.fr.
