GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Registration
The reservation takes effect from the reception of a deposit or the total amount of the stay.
A confirmation will be sent to you.
The arrival and departure times must be respected:
For rentals, arrival from 16h00 on Saturday and departure between 8h00 and 10h00
For pitches, the tenant(s) must leave by 4:00 pm
The balance due for the reserved rental is payable on the day of arrival.
The balance due for the locations is payable the day before departure.
The camping rules must be respected. In case of non-compliance or serious misconduct, the campsite cannot be held responsible.
The electrical system in our mobile homes is not suitable for charging electric vehicles. It is therefore strictly forbidden to connect an electric or hybrid vehicle to the mobile home's electrical system. In the event of an infringement of this provision, the customer will be held responsible for any material or immaterial damage (short-circuit, fire, etc.) to the campsite and/or third parties caused by connection of a vehicle.
2. Accommodation Capacity
Reservation is made for a maximum accommodation capacity (6 persons) If the number of participants exceeds the capacity, the campsite may refuse the additional persons, the contract being deemed to be terminated by you. In this case, the price of the rental remains acquired at the reservation service.
3. The Benefits
Dishes and blankets are provided.
Not provided: Sheets, linen, linen.
Possibility of renting sheets, cot, baby chair
The maintenance of the rented premises and the cleaning are at your expense.
4. State of the Nation
An inventory and inventory will be made upon arrival and departure in your presence or in the presence of your representative.
Guarantees paid by the tenant at the beginning of the stay:
• €295 per accommodation unit; it will be retained in case of deterioration or poor maintenance of occupied premises.
In case the accommodation can be re-booked immediately, the deposit will be returned to you upon your departure.
5. Tourist tax
The tourist tax will be applied for after the payment of the balance of your stay.
6. Rates
Rates are guaranteed firm and final.
Charges included: water, gas, electricity, heating.
Expenses not included: cancellation insurance, bed rental, cot, baby chair.
7. Barbecue: Electric barbecues are not permitted. Group barbecues are available at the campsite.
8. Insurance
You are responsible for all damages arising from your actions. You are asked to check whether you have a so-called resort liability insurance.
9. Cancellation:
Any cancellation must be notified by written message.
In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a sum equal to 30% of the total price of the stay will remain acquired by the campsite. At 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the stay will be due in full.
10. Delay in arrival or early departure
You will not be reimbursed for nights not spent during your stay for any reason whatsoever, nor will you be entitled to any compensation.
In the absence of a written message stating that your arrival is delayed, the location or rental becomes available 48 hours after the expected arrival date
11. Pool:
Swimsuits are mandatory. Shorts and shorts are prohibited.
12. Animals:
Animals are allowed with conditions. They must not be alone. They must be kept on a leash. They should not be noisy, annoying or threatening to the guests of the campsite.When you arrive, we will ask you for the vaccination book of your animal and we will give you bags for canine excrement.
A supplement is requested at the time of booking.
Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed in the campsite.
