In order to become eligible to use the services proposed, we request that you read the following general conditions carefully. These conditions govern the sale of holidays, and take effect from the moment the order is made. By reserving a holiday, you agree to comply fully with our general conditions.
RESERVATION BOOKING
The reservation becomes effective solely with the agreement of DF Camping, upon receipt of the deposit and either upon receipt of the booking contract duly completed and signed, or upon your agreeing to the general conditions of sale when booking on-line.
DF Camping is not bound by bookings unless we have accepted them.
We are free to accept or to refuse bookings, depending on availability, and, in general, depending on any circumstance that is likely to be prejudicial to the execution of the booking made. DF Camping offers family holidays, in the traditional sense, and the accommodations have been specially designed to this effect. DF Camping reserves the right to refuse any booking that might
contravene or attempt to pervert this principle.
Booking of camping pitches or rented accommodation is made strictly on a personal basis. You may not under any circumstances sub-let or transfer your reservation without the prior consent of DF Camping.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
All customers are required to comply with the following provisions laid out in the internal regulations.
CAMPING PITCHES
The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or camper for 2 people access to the toilet blocks and the residential facilities
RENTING
The rental accommodation includes equipment. The basic package is from 2 to 4 places depending on the type of accommodation DF Camping reserve the right to deny access to the campsite to group or families whose number exceeds the capacity of the accommodation rented.
PRICES AND TOURIST TAX
The prices indicated are effective from the current season. The tourist tax is 0,55€ per adult / night.
CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
For booking made over 30 days before the start of the holiday, a 30% deposit must be paid to DF Camping at the time of booking. The balance must be paid to DF Camping, at the latest, by 30 days before the start of the holiday.
For booking made less than 30 days, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION AND ALTERATIONS
1 . Booking alterations-
Alteration to your booking may be made at no cost, subject to availability in the campsite.
In absence of any notification from you regarding a change of arrival date, the accommodation pitch may be made available for sale again 24 hours after the arrival date specified on the contract, and you will consequently forfeit your booking.
2. Unused facilities
Any stay that is interrupted or cut short (late arrival, early departure) by you shall not give rise to reimbursement.
3. Cancellation by DF Camping
In the event of cancellation by DF Camping, except in the face of Force Majeure, the stay will be reimbursed in full. This cancellation shall nevertheless not incur the payment of damages and interest.
4. Cancellation by the camper
Any cancellation of the booking must be made in writing (recorded delivery) to DF Camping Reimbursement of sums paid shall take place after deduction of the amounts specified below.
If the cancellation occurs:
Over 30 days before the start of the stay: the prepaid deposit shall be retained by DF camping.
Less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the total cost of the stay shall be retained by DF Camping.
DURING YOUR STAY
Static home: July and August, minimum 1 week from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am. Out side this period, other booking can be made with a minim 2 days. A fixed cleaning charge of 50 € shall be charge to you in the event of the accommodation not having been cleaned before departure.
Pitches: arrival from 2 pm and departure before 12 am
PETS
Pets except from category 1 and 2 dogs (dangerous) are admitted, for supplement payable at the time of the booking. They must be kept on a lead at all times.
Dogs and cats vaccination certificates must be up to date.
