Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale The present general conditions govern by right all the sales of stays realized on the site. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers. Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay. In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained by simple written request addressed to the headquarters of the establishment. Article 2 - Booking conditions 2.1 Prices and regulations The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price. For rental bookings: All rentals are nominative and can not be assigned. The rental becomes effective with our agreement, the balance will be paid on the day of arrival For any delay not reported, the rental / location becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the deposit will remain with the management of the campsite.Payments accepted: Cash, checks, Visa card or MasterCard. Consumer mediation: In accordance with the provisions of Article L 612-1 of the Consumer Code, every customer of the campsite has the right to free use of a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute who would oppose it to the operator of the land. The details of the consumer mediator that the customer can choose are the following: Medicys, 73 Boulevard de Clichy - 75009 PARIS www.medicys.fr Tel: 01 49 70 15 93 - E-mail: contact@medicys.fr 2.2 Modification of reservation None Discount will be made in case of late arrival or early departure. 2.3 Retraction The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in case of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, for any order of a stay near the camp-site, the customer does not benefit from any right of retraction. 2.5 Cancellation insurance We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee which allows to obtain the refund of the sums paid in case of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident ...).Cancellation of stay - late arrival: in case you are prevented from making your stay, or in case of delay, please notify us as soon as possible. NB: The deposit paid is not refundable except in case of force majeure (unforeseeable event, irresistible and external to the persons concerned which must be announced without delay and can be judged by the courts). Parking of the vehicle strictly on the site or parking. Rules of procedure: it is available is posted at the entrance, present at the reception and available on request. Article 3 - Conduct of the stay 3.1 Arrivals and Departures For renting and camping: arrivals are made from 15:00, departures are before 10:00, any day of the week. 3.2 Deposit A deposit of 200 euros per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the fund, after an inventory.The billing for any damage will be added to the price of the stay and cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you can not be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned by mail. 3.3 Departure Any return of key or release of the location after 10am will result in the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date. 3.4 Pets Only small dogs are accepted in rentals. 3.5 Rules of procedure As the law requires, you must adhere to our rules of procedure, filed with the prefecture, posted at our reception and a copy will be given to you on request. Article 4 - Liability The campsite declines any responsibility for the damages suffered by the camper-camper's equipment which would be his own; insurance for your material in the area of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC ...).
