RESERVATION
A reservation is only valid once the two following conditions have been met:
1/ Your duly completed and signed reservation contract has been received along with a down payment calculated as follows:
Rental of accommodation: 30% of the total cost of your stay plus 20 € administration fee.
Camping/caravanning: 150 € by week started plus 20 € administration fee or 30% of the total cost of your stay plus 12 € administration fee for the low season.
2/ Your reservation has been accepted and confirmed in writing by the campsite, and receipt of your down payment has been acknowledged.
3/ Only people whose names appear in the rental contract will be given access to the camping site.
PAYMENT
Payment for pitch bookings must be settled the day of your arrival.
Payment for mobile home and chalet bookings must be settled 30 days before the arrival.
Accepted means of payment: cash, credit card (VISA or Master Card only).
Administration fees are non-refundable.
Prices are subject to change. The campsite reserves the right to change the rates at any time. The stays will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of the reservation, and this, subject to the availabilities. It is advisable to check the applicable rate by contacting the campsite directly.
Offers and promotions are non-retroactive and can not be combined with one another
LATE ARRIVAL, EARLY DEPARTURE
The cost of your stay will be calculated according to the reservation dates stipulated on the contract.
In case of arrivals after 7 PM, reception must be informed.
No reduction will be granted for late arrival or early departure.
Arrival within 24 hours of the date stipulated on the contract is accepted. Beyond this time limit, if we have not heard from you, the management reserves the right to dispose of your pitch or the accommodation you have reserved.
CANCELLATION
(by registered letter with proof of receipt).
All stays cancelled before 30 days of the arrival date : the deposit will be keeping by the campsite for cancellation fees.
All stays cancelled after 30 days of the arrival date, or if you won't come : the all amount will be due and cashed.
Administration charges will never be refunded.
We recommend that you should contact your insurance company in order to take out cancellation insurance.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS TO RENTED ACCOMMODATION
An inventory has been made of the equipment in each mobile-home and chalet. The tenant is responsible for checking this inventory on arrival and reporting any errors to reception before noon on the following day.
You will be requested to leave two deposit at your arrival.
One of 300 €/800€ will be returned to you on the day you depart after the premises have been checked, minus the cost of any damages. One of 90 €/140€ will be returned to you if the rental is left in the exact cleanliness you found it.
PETS
Pets are allowed on the field after presentation of immunization updates and management agreement. It must be leashed. Dogs 1st and 2nd grade are prohibited.
