Condition of hire of campsite accommodation
The price indicated for 2, 4 and 6 berth mobile homes includes the hire of accommodation, electricity, gas, parking for your vehicle(s) and access to all the facilities of the campsite, The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to any hirer with a greater number of persons greater than the capacity of rented accommodation.
The price indicated for the thatched cottage is for 4 people, with a suplement of 10% per additional person to a maximum of 6 people.
Any hire is personal and cannot be transferred to any other person. Animals are prohibited is the 1 and 3 bedroom mobile homes but are accepted in some 2-bedroom mobile homes and in the thatched cottage. The certificate of vaccination is obligatory. Dogs of 1st and 2nd categories are prohibited in the campsite.
For hygiene reasons, pillowcases and sheets are not included in the hire, you must provide your own according to the number of beds used. It is possible to purchase dispsable sheets for 4 and 6 euros.
You will need to provide, towels, tea towels and cleaning products.
Smoking is forbidden in the hired accommodation.
For reservations made less than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the deposit must be made at the time of the reservation. It is possible to do this on line, or by telephone with bankcard.
The reservation will be effective only as from the receipt of your deposit, which is half of the total amount of the stay and the completed reservation form. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival. In tha absence of receipt of payment as of the date indicated, you hire will be cancelled and the installment will remain with the campsite. The campsite recommends you to purchase the cancellation guarantee.
In the absence of a written message (mail, fax or email) by the hirer, specifying that the date of arrival differs from the agreed date, the hirerd accommodation will becomes available for hire to other customers at 3 p.m. the day after the expected date of arrival.
If you have visitors, these must park on the car park and report to the office. There is a charge of 2 euros per person. Everyone who remains on the ground must conform to the rules of the campsite, under penality of immediate exclusion for non-compliance.
Whatever is the day oy your arrival and the duration of your stay, the accommodation will be available between 4pm & 8pm and must be vacaded before 10am on the day of departure. The mobil home will have to be made clean,refrigerator, cooker, microwave .....
As a guarantee, two securities are required from the hirer on the day of the arrival, as well as any possible supplements not announced at the time of the reservation. The first security deposit is of 200 euros in case of damage by the hirer, which does not constitute a limit of hirer's responsibility. The deposit will be returned on the day of the departure, or in under eight days by mail, after any deduction to cover the cost of any repair. The hirer is responsible to indicate any faults and damage on the day of arrival.
The second security of 50 euros is for final cleaning. On the day of the departure, the accommodation must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as on the day ot the arrival. Failing this, the campsite will keep the 50 euros security to cover the cost of cleaning.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations can only be notified by registered letter, any other mean of communication (telephone, email, fax or simple letter) cannot be accepted. In the case that this cancellation is notified more than 30 days before the date of arrival, the campsite will refund the deposit less a deduction of 20€ booking fee. In the case of a cancellation less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the cancellation guarantee can refund the cost of your stay, if appropriate. The list of the reasons allowing cancellation is show in the contract, which will be sent to you with your confirmation.
The cancellation guarantee covers also the shortening of your stay.

CAMPSITE PITCHING CONDITIONS
The indicated price refers to a pitch for 2 persons, without power connection (tents only) or with power connection of 4 A. For every additional person, power connection of 8 or 13 A, a dog, or an additional vehicle, we will apply a daily surcharge to the pitch fee.
Per each pitch, a maximum of 6 persons is permitted.
The base rate will cover water supply, parking for your vehicle(s), and access to the campsite facilities.
Each pitch is assigned by name and not transferable.
Dogs of category 1 and 2 are not permitted on the campsite.
Any other type of dog is permitted, subject to its vaccination certificate's submission.
The booking becomes valid upon receipt of the part payment: half of the final sum charged for the stay, plus the completed booking form. The remaining amount becomes payable at the arrival date.
In the event the requester's arrival should adjourn and the requester should fail to respectively inform us in writing (by mail, fax, or e-mail), the pitch will be released up from 04.00 p.m. on the day following the date indicated on the booking confirmation.
In case your guests intend to use the parking site, please inform them to get in touch with the campsite management. Per person and day, we will charge a fee of EUR 2.-.
All campsite users are obliged to observe the terms of use. In case of non-compliance, users will be expelled from the campsite with immediate effect.
Your arrival is expected between 02.00 and 08.00 p.m., independent from weekday and length of stay. At the day of your departure, please ensure to clear the pitch before 12.00 at noon.
At your arrival, we will collect a security deposit in the amount of EUR 20.-. In exchange, the booker will be provided with a card for the automatic gate. Subject to the card's unobjectionable state, the security deposit will be refunded at departure.
Any insurance is within the client's/booker's responsibility. The campsite operator will not assume any liabilities for thievery, damage caused by fire, severe weather conditions etc., or for events within client's/booker's civil liability.
CANCELLATION: covid 100 % trust
In the event of coronavirus during the dates of your holiday, you will receive a full refund in the following cases:
• You or one of your fellow travelers has been affected by the corona virus (on presentation of a medical certificate)
• You are in an area that is in lockdown during the dates of your stay which prevents you from going to the campsite
• The campground is located in an area that is in lockdown during the dates of your stay
• The campsite is located in a region for which the government has issued an orange or red travel advice during the dates of your stay.
• You must be quarantined when you go to / or travel back from the region in which the campsite is located
In these cases you will receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
CANCELLATION FOR OTHER REASONS
With respect to cancellation, please consider and observe the following:
- For cancellation announced 30 or more days before arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee of EUR 20.-.
- For cancellation announced less than 30 days before arrival, we will retain the part payment.
Any cancellation is to be submitted by registered mail; cancellation made on the telephone, via e-mail, fax, or normal mail is invalid.
We thus explicitly recommend you to effect travel cost cancellation insurance, amounting to EUR 18.-, along with your booking. This insurance will serve to refund your travel expenses in the event of cancellation.
For more information on the conditions allowing for cancellation, please refer to the list enclosed with your booking confirmation.
The travel cost cancellation insurance will also cover your early departure.
