GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
1 ) The booking of a pitch or holiday letting will only become effective with our agreement and after receipt of your rental contract together with the requested deposit sum.
As regards the holiday lettings, it is advisable to call us before despatching your contract in order to get informed about our vancancies. An aption can be taken by telephone but is should not exceed 8 days. If after this time limit the deposit has not reached us, the management reserves the right to canced the option.
2) The campsite owner will assign a pitch to you on the day of your arrival. You will not receive the number of your pitch or accommodation by telephone or mail and reservation of a particular pitch is not possible.
3) You are strongly required to advise us about any delay : if you fail to do se we will be entitled to relet the pitch or accommodation within 24 hours of the date initially stated and the deposit will remain in possession of the campsite.
4) In case of delayed arrival or early departure with respect of the dates stated on the contract, the entire booked period will be charged.
5) Paymend : Upon receipt of your contract together with your deposit, we will confirm your booking according to our vacancies.
CAMPSITE : The balance of the holiday price must be paid on arrival.
HOLLIDAY LETTING : The balance of the holiday price must be paid no later than one month prior to the beginning of the holiday. In the absence of payment of the balance within this time, your booking will be automatically cancelled in accordance vit the cancellation conditions.
6) Cancellation: your contract allows you to obtain a refund of all or part of the amount paid (excluding application fees), IF AND ONLY IF you take out cancellation insurance, if you must cancel your stay for serious reasons (illness, accident, death, etc. ), by sending us a proove
However, in case of cancellation without proof of valid reasons, no refund will be made.
7) RULES : Campers must conform to the general rules of the campsite and to the following rules :
·On the sites : no noise between 10.30 p.m.and 7 a.m.Driving cars on the campsite at night not allowed. Dogs must be kept on the leash at all times. Keep the sanitary building clean and in good working order.
·At the swimmingpool : NO BOXERSHORTS ALLOWED –SWIMMING TRUNKS COMPLUSORY.
·No driking eating or smoking on the beach. Inflatable animals and large water rings are not allowed.
8)Campers are strongly advised to take out an insurance policy. The campiste cannot be held responsible for thefs, fires, adverse weather conditions or for any incident coming within the camper's civil liability.
9) In case of dispute, the Court of Grenoble shall be solely competent.
