General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Object
These general terms and conditions of sale govern all relations between the SARL BORDS DE CEZE campsite, hereinafter referred to as the Campsite, and its customers, hereinafter referred to as the Customers.
Under the conditions defined by the Data Protection Act and the European Data Protection Regulation, the Customer has, at any time, a right of access, rectification, and opposition if the processing is not essential for the execution of the order and the stay as well as their follow-up, to all of their personal data by writing, by mail and with proof of identity, to campsite DES BORDS DE CEZE, 1044 chemin des campings, 30630 CORNILLON.
The Client declares that he/she has read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and has accepted them either by ticking the box provided for this purpose before implementing the online Order procedure, as well as the general terms and conditions of use of the www.lesbordsdeceze.com website, or, in the case of a booking off the Internet, by any other appropriate means.
The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the rental of camping pitches and/or rental accommodation within our campsite. By booking a pitch and/or accommodation at our campsite, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these T&Cs.
Services - Prices
We offer bare pitches and rental accommodation for rent.
Bare pitches
This is a bare pitch for your tent, caravan or motorhome.
The price of your stay is calculated on the basis of a basic package which includes the rental of the pitch, the possibility for 2 people to stay there, the possibility of installing 1 tent, 1 caravan or 1 motorhome, 1 vehicle in addition to the tent or caravan and access to the reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities, a connection to the electricity network.
Basic package: 1 pitch for 2 people, 1 motorhome or 1 car with a tent or caravan.
Additional costs: Additional persons, pets, additional vehicles are not included in the above-mentioned packages and will be added to the latter.
Due to the topography of our campsite, we welcome vehicles with the following maximum size:
6 meters long and 3 meters high
Rental accommodation
Our prices include the rental of accommodation according to the number of people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation), water, gas and electricity charges, parking of a vehicle, access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities.
A security deposit of €300 will be requested following your reservation OR on arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay and at the latest within eight days of your departure. However, we reserve the right to keep part or all of it in the event of damage to the accommodation and/or its contents and/or equipment on the campsite. We also reserve the right to deduct the sum of 50€ for cleaning costs (including tobacco smells) if this has not been done at the time of departure.
Common provisions
The prices indicated are inclusive of VAT and do not include the tourist tax AND the eco-contribution.
Regardless of the formula adopted (bare pitch or rental accommodation), additional costs will be charged for additional vehicles, additional tents (prohibited on rental pitches), animals, etc.
No brochure and website can be safe from possible omissions or printing errors. Our prices are also subject to change depending on economic and commercial conditions. The contract price, payable by you, is the one affixed to your booking confirmation.
3.Booking and Payment
Reservations can be made by phone, email or via our website.
The reservation is confirmed after receipt of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total amount of the stay.
The reservation becomes effective only with the campsite's agreement, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt of either the duly completed and signed reservation contract, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online.
The Order will only be considered final after the Client has been sent confirmation of the acceptance of the Order by the Service Provider, by e-mail or post, or by signing the contract in the case of a booking directly at the premises where the Service Provider sells the Services.
Any Order placed on the www.lesbordsdeceze.com website constitutes the formation of a contract concluded at a distance between the Client and the Service Provider. All Orders are nominative and cannot, under any circumstances, be transferred after confirmation via email.
All reservation requests must be accompanied by:
The payment of a 30% deposit including the cost of the stay, including the price including VAT of the services booked, and, if applicable, the tourist tax,
€0 application fee,
The contribution for cancellation insurance (if taken out)
The balance of the stay is due on arrival at the campsite. Payment can be made by credit card, cheque or cash.
The full price of your rental and any additional services (excluding tourist tax and eco-participation) is due 30 days before the start of your stay
Any booking made less than 30 days before the date of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless there are more favourable conditions of which you will be informed, if applicable.

Payments made by the Client will only be considered final after effective collection by the Service Provider.
In the event of late payment and payment of the sums due by the Client beyond the deadline set above, or after the payment date appearing on the invoice sent to the Client, late payment penalties calculated at the rate of 3 times the legal interest rate of the amount including VAT of the price of the Services, will be automatically and automatically acquired by the Service Provider, without any formality or prior formal notice
Failure to comply with payment terms: in addition, the Service Providerreserves the right, in the event of non-compliance with the payment terms set out above, to suspend or cancel the provision of the Services ordered by the Client and/or to suspend the performance of its obligations after formal notice has remained ineffective.
Rates
Prices are indicated in euros and are subject to change without notice. Prices include VAT applicable on the day of booking.
Any changes or introduction of new legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the competent authorities will be automatically reflected in the prices indicated.
Tourist tax: The tourist tax, collected on behalf of the community of communes, is not included in the rates. Its amount is determined per person and per day by the agglomeration community of GARD RHODANIEN. It is payable at the time of payment for the Service and appears separately on the invoice
Participation in the electricity consumption for vehicle charging: charging of electric vehicles is prohibited in the campsite. Any violation of this rule will be punished by penalties, in accordance with the current rates displayed in the campsite.
Cancellation insurance
The campsite recommends that the customer take out a cancellation insurance policy via its partner Meetch when making your reservation. In addition to traditional guarantees, their new guarantees cover customers in unforeseen situations.
All the guarantees listed above represent a simple non-contractual summary of the guarantees of the contract. The insurer is only bound by the full text of the contract, which can be consulted on the Meetch website.
Provision of benefits
Arrival
Pitches and accommodation are available from 16:00 on the day of arrival. In case of late arrival (after 20:00), the Customer must inform the Campsite.
Departure
Pitches and accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Any departure after this time will result in the invoicing of penalties of €7 per hour.
Animals
Dogs and cats, except category 1 and 2 dogs, are allowed in our campsite. We require that dogs be kept on a leash on the grounds of the campsite. Make sure to respect the hygiene and environment of the campsite. Bags are available at the reception level. The health record must be presented on arrival at the campsite. Rabies vaccinations and tattoo certificate are mandatory
Use of Electricity
It is strictly forbidden to charge electric vehicles within the campsite. Failure to do so will result in penalties in accordance with the current rates posted at the campsite.
Use of Photos and Videos
During your stay, we may take photographs and/or make videos within the campsite for entertainment and communication purposes. You and the people accompanying you may appear in these images. By confirming your booking, you give us permission to use these photos and videos for these purposes. You also undertake to obtain this authorisation from the persons accompanying you. If you wish to refuse this use, please inform us by email or registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
Data protection
The Service Provider, who drafted this agreement, processes personal data on the following legal basis:
Either the legitimate interest pursued by the Service Provider when it pursues the following purposes: prospecting, managing the relationship with its customers and prospects, organizing, registering and inviting the Service Provider to events, processing, execution, prospecting, production, management, follow-up of customer requests and files, drafting documents on behalf of its customers.
Or compliance with legal and regulatory obligations when implementing processing for the purpose of: preventing money laundering and terrorist financing and the fight against corruption, invoicing, accounting.
The Service Provider only keeps the data for the time necessary for the operations for which it was collected and in compliance with the regulations in force. In this respect, customer data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship plus 3 years for the purposes of animation and prospecting, without prejudice to retention obligations or limitation periods.
In terms of the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, the data is kept for 5 years after the end of the relationship with the Service Provider. In terms of accounting, they are kept for 10 years from the end of the accounting year. Prospects' data is kept for a period of 3 years if no participation or registration for the Service Provider's events has taken place.
The data processed is intended for the authorised persons of the Service Provider. Under the conditions defined by the Data Protection Act and the European Data Protection Regulation, individuals have the right to access, rectify, query, limit, portability and erasure data concerning them. The persons concerned by the processing carried out also have the right to object at any time, for reasons relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data on which the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Service Provider, as well as the right to object to commercial prospecting.
They also have the right to define general and specific directives defining the way in which they intend the above-mentioned rights to be exercised after their death, by e-mail to the following address: bordsdeceze@gmail.com or by post to the following address: campsite DES BORDS DE CEZE 1044 CHEMIN DES CAMPINGS 30630 CORNILLON accompanied by a copy of a signed identity document. The persons concerned have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Access
For peace of mind, traffic in the campsite is prohibited from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. There must be total silence during the night. During the day, it is also requested to make as little noise as possible for the serenity of the customers
Barbecues
Wood and gas barbecues are not allowed throughout the campsite. Electric barbecues are available for rent at the reception.
Rules of Procedure
The Customer undertakes to respect the internal rules posted at the Campsite reception. In the event of non-compliance with the internal rules, the Campsite reserves the right to terminate the Customer's stay without compensation.
Responsibility
The Campsite declines all responsibility in the event of theft, loss or damage to Customers' personal belongings. It is recommended to take out civil liability insurance and holiday insurance.
Termination of the booking contract in case of fault on your part
The booking contract will be automatically terminated in the event of the occurrence of any of the following events:
In the event of repeated non-compliance, i.e. noted again after a formal notice to comply with our internal rules, notified by email, by you and/or your companions. In this case, you will have to leave your accommodation or pitch within 2 hours of the notification of the termination of your contract, which will be sent to you by email. No refunds will be issued.
In the event of a no-show at the campsite within 24 hours of the start of your stay, without proof or news of your arrival. After this 24-hour period, we will have your accommodation at our disposal. We will keep all the sums you have paid us; No refunds will be made.
Governing Law and Disputes
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at an amicable resolution, the competent court will be the one within the jurisdiction of NIMES.
Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Booking a stay at the Campsite implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.
