1.Commercialisation
The SPL Saint Jean-Lavaurs
ensures the marketing of its accommodation
rental and its outdoor pitches.
2.Responsability
The reservation service is the only point of contact
of the client and answerable to him for the execution of
contractual obligations.
3.Locations
Accommodation rentals are by the week,
from Saturday 4 p.m. or the following Saturday 10 a.m.
summer school holidays. Outside high season, possibility
to rent by the week or short stay with
an arrival at 4 p.m. and a departure at 10 a.m. Rentals
outdoor pitches are made with day of
departure and arrival day free. Arrival is from
from 2 p.m. and departure before 11 a.m.
4.Number of occupants
We remind you that each hosting model
is offered strictly for a capacity
limited number of people regardless of age. The direction
declines all responsibility when the number
of people occupying the considered model
exceeds the capacity.
5.Booking and order tracking
For all reservations, a pre-reservation is
registered (subject to availability) upon receipt
of the customer's call. It is confirmed by
the sending of a contract and is valid for 7 days. All the

no guarantee of results. The reservation becomes
closes on receipt of the deposit of 30% of the price of
stay (cashed upon receipt), and the original contract

7. Balance payment

8. Late registration

30 days before the start of the stay, full payment

9.Prix
Our prices only include the provision
of accommodation and include charges
(water, electricity, heating) with the exception of the
tourist tax and any supplements payable
on the spot. For outdoor pitches, the
electrical connection is optional and subject to
billing separate from that of the rental of

leisure and services are communicated to you
for information only and are subject to rigorous verification
every year. They cannot engage
our responsibility in case of modification or suspension
during your stay.
The price includes only one car per accommodation.
10. Tourist tax
Tourist taxes collected by municipalities
are not included in our rates. They are
to be paid by the vacationer at the reception on the place of
stay.
11. The client must present himself on the day mentioned
on the contract.
A 24-hour delay is granted. After this time, and without
notice notified to the reservation service, the reservation
will be canceled under the conditions of article 14.
Therefore, accommodation is again offered to the
rental.
12. Benefits and obligations
Our prices are fixed. Sheets are not provided
in accommodation. Rental service
sheets are available at the reception of the site. Cleaning
of accommodation is the responsibility of the tenant.
Deposit: a deposit of 200 € per accommodation
you will be asked on the day of your arrival. She
will be returned within five days of departure,
provided that the accommodation is left clean and

possible damage and cleaning costs.

13. Pets
Dogs and cats are accepted within the limit of
two per accommodation. They must be kept in
leaves and vaccinated. The client should be able to
present the compulsory vaccination certificates

Category 1 and 2 dogs are not accepted.
14. Cancellation and interruption of stay

stay: 30% of the price of the stay
b) between D-90 and D-60: 50% of the price of the stay

e) less than 30 days before arrival: 100% of
price of the stay
