GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
This reservation is strictly personal, and cannot be passed on to another person, except
with written permission of Camping la Marjorie. This contract should be returned duly
signed and accompagnied with the above mentioned deposid within 10 days of the
postal date after which time, the option will be cancelled.
RESERVATION CHARGE: Reservations are final subject to our agreement and after we
receive a 30% instalment of the total amount of your stay + 15 € for handling fees.
The balance should be settled 5 weeks prior to your arrival. Failing such settlement ;
your reservartion will be cancelled. Only chalet and mobil-home.
On receipt of your instalment and of this agreement, we will send a reservation confirmation
with a section to be returned to 2 weeks before your arrival with the settlement
of the balance amount. An invoice will then be sent to you, which you will have to
show to the reception office on your arrival day.
There is no reduction in case of the late arrival or an early departure.
Camper / renters should comply with the inside rules.
Any person staying in the campground should be mentioned in this contract.
Management reserves the right to prohibit campground access to any non registered
person.
Important : In the case of any delay, the reservation will be continued for the following
24 hours. After this time, and without any further written information from the client, the
reservation will be cancelled.
For the location of the hire-objects, the client will have to pay a deposit of 310 € wich
will be returned on the day of departure if the accomodation has been checked ; or if
this is not the case, within 1 week of this departure. To return the hired accomodation in
an excellent state of cleanliness. If this is not the case, 60 € shall be retained from the
deposit to get accomodation (ready for hire).
Any broken or lost materiel found during your stay will be charged.
On your arrival day : Mobil-home and Chalet :
Saturday to Saturday only. Between 3 pm and 8 pm : Present yourself at the reception
with your invoice. You will then be accompagnied to your accomodation.
After 8 h pm : All arrivals must be made known in order for us to organise your late
arrival on site.
On your departure day : Mobil-home and Chalet :
For the hire-object : Between 8 am and 10 am : One day before you leave you must
make an appointment at the office to check the inventory.
The dogs and cats : they aren't accepted in the locations.
For the campsite plots : the plot must be left clean and tidy before 12 noon.
Cancellation conditions : In the case of a written cancellation payments made in advance
will be reimbursed in full when the cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival, and
50 % between 30 days and 60 days. Under 30 days no reimbursement will be made.
Under no circumstances is the reservation fee reimbursed.
The campsite ground accepts no responsability in the case of the bad weather. The content
of these documents is for your information and is not binding. Your reservation will
be confirmed in writing on receipt of the form.
