TERMS OF SALE
1. These general terms and conditions govern the sale of all stays. Each client acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
2. Price and payment of the stay.
The price of the stays is in euros and includes VAT. With regards to accommodation bookings, the balance for the stay must be paid for no later than 1 month prior to the first day of the rental. Payment methods : Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash, Bank transfer.
3. Changes to a booking
No refunds will be made in the event of an early check-out or late arrival and the full amount for the stay, whether for a camp site or an accommodation booking, remains owed.
4 - Cancellation conditions in the event of cancellation or no-show:
Conditions without subscription to the Cancellation Guarantee More than 16 days before check-in: 30% of the total cost of the stay + administration fee will be retained. Less than 16 days before check-in: the total amount of the stay + booking fee will be retained.
Conditions with subscription of the Cancellation Guarantee
You can change or postpone your stay free of charge. In the event of cancellation (due to accident, illness or death) by a participant, all sums paid will be refunded, with the exception of the booking fee and the amount of the cancellation guarantee. Should your booking be cancelled by the centre's management company, except in the case of force majeure, the client will be refunded for all monies paid. All bookings are made for an accommodation category and not for a specific bungalow number. When an accommodation number is given, this number may be changed between the time of booking and the check-in.
5. Withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right to withdrawal relating to distance selling, as set out by the Consumer Code, do not apply to tourism services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). Thus, for all bookings for a stay at the Domaine de Bagheera, the client does not benefit from the right to withdrawal.
6. Pets
Dogs are allowed within the Domaine de Bagheera but must be vaccinated, kept on a lead and their excrements must be picked up.
RULES & REGULATIONS
As required by law, you must respect our internal rules and regulations, which are registered at the Prefecture, displayed at reception and a copy of which can be provided on request. The management reserves the right to refuse access to or expel anyone whose behaviour is at odds with naturist criteria. The entire beach is for naturists only, except for the south-side beach after the Bagheera restaurant. This obligation of nudity does not apply to children or teenagers if they feel uncomfortable with this. Clothing is required in the bar-restaurant and the store. It is prohibited to take photographs or to film without authorisation from those in the camera angle. The management reserves the right to confiscate the device containing the image should this rule not be adhered to. For accommodation bookings Check-in is possible from 5 p.m. and check-out must be made no later than 10 a.m.
For the camp site check-in is from 12 p.m. and check-out is no later than 12 p.m. It is possible to enter the site from 8 a.m. and to depart at the end of day. The speed limit within the domain is 10 kph. Driving on the site is forbidden between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Please Park in the entrance car park. Noise/behaviour: avoid making any noise that could disturb the neighbor's after 10 p.m. (engine, television, radio, etc.). Total silence between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.
INSURANCE
The customer is responsible for taking out insurance cover. The Domaine de Bagheera accepts no liability in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, in the event of incidents covered by the client's civil liability, in the event of damage caused by falling branches, natural disasters, or in the event of theft by breaking and entering and windscreen damage.

For legal disputes that relate to our establishment, you can contact us as follows:
• By sending a recorded delivery letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the village's management company
