BOOKING CONDITIONS
BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR EMPLACEMENT / CHATEAU APARTMENT
3-Only a correctly completed and signed booking form will be considered valid and binding.
4-The confirmation of the booking is dependent on the decision taken by SARL Domaine de l'Epervière, who does not have to justify its decision.
5-This confirmation partly depends on your acceptation of the following:
- The SARL Domaine de l'Epervière calculates the total amount for the entire stay.
The deposit of 30 % of the total amount (for the renting of an emplacement) should be paid within 8 days receiving the confirmation of the booking. Once the deposit has been received, the booking is then definite.
The deposit of 30 % (for the renting of a château apartment) should be paid within 8 days receiving the confirmation of the booking. Once the deposit has been received, the booking is then definite.
- The balance for the rented emplacement is due at the end of the stay on the campsite.
- The balance for the rented château apartment is due one month (30 days) before the date of arrival. A receipt will then be issued. In case of late arrival or early departure or total cancellation of the booking, you will still be liable to pay SARL Domaine de l'Epervière the balance. No reimbursements will be granted.
- Should there be any changes in the number of people in the party, either on arrival or subsequently, this will be taken into account.
- The rented emplacement is at your disposal the agreed day of arrival from 2 PM and must be vacated before 12 noon. Château apartments are available from 3 PM and must be vacated before 10 AM the day of departure.
- If you arrive before the date or time agreed, your allocated emplacement or château apartment risks being occupied.
- Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter or registered e-mail. If you cancel 30 days or more before the arrival date, 30% of the total amount will be held by the campsite. If you cancel less than 30 before the agreed arrival date, the total amount becomes payable and is held by the campsite.
- If you defer your arrival date to that stated on the contract, you are obliged to inform the SARL Domaine de l'Epervière by mail or e-mail. Telephone messages will not be accepted. If you fail to inform the SARL Domaine de l'Epervière, the emplacement can be relet 24 hours after the arrival date on the contract.
- The emplacement or château apartment rented from the SARL Domaine de l'Epervière cannot be sublet to other people.
