general Conditions oF Hire ContraCt
1° - Only a correctly completed and signed Campsite Booking Form will be considered valid and binding.
2° - The campsite declines any responsibility in the event of robbery, loss of belongings, fire, bad
weather, damage to installations (tents, awnings, caravans, etc.) due to softwood forest trees, or in the
case of an accident arising from the civil liability of the people shown on the contract.
3° - All stays must be paid 3 weeks before your arrival.
4° - The campsite must be notified of any changes in the booking immediately.
5° - In the case of late arrival or early departure, your stay must be paid for in full, even for the days
you are absent.
6° - The accommodation may be allocated to another camper 24 hours after the date of arrival
mentioned on the contract. After this delay, the down payment will be retained by the campsite.
7°- All cancellations must be confirmed by post at least 2 months before the date of your arrival
mentioned on the contract. There is no refund of the deposit payment upon cancellation.
8°- All accommodation has a fridge, crockery, cooking rings, garden furniture, pillows and duvets.
Sheets, pillow cases and towels are not provided.
9°- It is obligatory to wear swimming trunks in the swimming pool. No swimming shorts allowed.
10°- For your safety, it is compulsory to wear the permanent campsite bracelet during your stay (july / august).
11°- Animals : they must be kept on a lead in all circumstances.
They must be up to date in their vaccinations. Animals must not be left unattended in the campsite.
Dangerous dogs are not allowed into the campsite.
12°- All campers agree to conform to the rules and regulations of the campsite, to make sure the
emplacement is left how it was when he arrived. Any damage will be invoiced to the camper.
The maximum amount of people allowed on one emplacement is 6.
