RENTALS : In season, rentals are for a whole week at least, with arrivals possible on Saturday, Sunday or Wednesday. Arrivals are from 4 pm and departures before 10 am. The number of persons indicated per rental cannot be exceeded, in certain particular cases a derogation can be granted on express request at the time of the rental, the weekly cost will be 45 € per additional person. Day visitors are possible provided that they present themselves at the entrance and pay 2 € per person per day.
Rental rates : our rates include :
- the rental of the chosen accommodation,
- the dishes
- technical assistance
- gas, electricity and water consumption
- one blanket per bed and one pillow per person
- and all the free services of the campsite.
It is expressly forbidden to use the beds without sheets or pillowcases, rental on reservation.
Our rates do not include :
- the tourist tax which will be requested on arrival
- 100€ for the cleaning on the day of departure
- visitors
- animals
- the paying services of the campsite.
Inventory: an inventory of the premises, furniture, equipment and kitchen utensils is made between each tenant. The tenant is required to check the day of arrival and report any anomalies.
A deposit of 300 € will be requested on the day of arrival. This amount will be returned to the tenant within 15 days, after verification (cleanliness and inventory). Any breakage, deterioration or loss will be charged and deducted from the amount of the deposit according to the replacement or repair bill (rates are posted in the rental), if these costs exceed the amount of the deposit, the tenant agrees to pay the balance. The rental must be returned clean, otherwise a lump sum of 100 € will be retained on the deposit. In order to avoid any inconvenience, any damage or breakage must be reported and paid the day before departure.
HOME : On your arrival you must register at the reception desk. For rentals: the keys are handed over after payment of the balance for late bookings, ancillary services, the deposit and the tourist tax: 0.55 € per night and per person aged 18 and over.
The reception hours in season are as follows: Saturday from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and from 2:30 pm to 7 pm. Sunday from 8:30 am to 12 am and from 4 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 12 am and from 4 pm to 6:30 pm.
Any late arrival outside of these hours must be previously agreed and in this case the deposit and the tourist tax will have been sent beforehand.
In case of late arrival or delayed arrival, please inform us. If no information is received, the pitch or the rental can be allocated to another client from the next day at 12:00 am, the reservation will be considered as cancelled, the sums collected will be acquired by right and the balance of the rental will be demanded from the tenant.
INTERNAL RULES : All customers must comply with the internal rules posted at the entrance of the campsite. Special attention will be paid to the respect of the peace and quiet of all campers: The speed limit is 10 km/h. Parking is prohibited on the roads. Your vehicle must be parked on your pitch, even if the neighbouring pitch is unoccupied. Traffic is forbidden in the campsite between 10:30 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Closing the doors and trunks of vehicles must be done as discreetly as possible and horns are forbidden. The users of the campsite are urged to avoid any noise and discussions that could disturb their neighbors. Sound equipment (TV, radio, hi-fi system...) must be adjusted according to this criterion.
Children will be under the supervision of their parents, who are criminally and civilly responsible for them, when they use the games provided and when they visit the swimming pools.
Pets are allowed after express agreement in the rentals and on the pitches, provided that the basic rules of hygiene are respected and for a fee indicated in the rates. Animals may not be left free in the vicinity of the site or alone in the rentals or on the sites and will be walked outside the campsite for their natural needs. Certain breeds may be prohibited according to the prefectural decree. They must comply with the rules of the veterinary services (health record, tattooing, vaccination...). The presence of animals on the beaches of the swimming pool is forbidden. Between 07/07 and 18/08 we reserve the right to refuse an animal depending on the number already present.
In case of infringement of the internal regulations, the client may be asked to leave the campsite in accordance with these regulations. No refund will be requested.
CANCELLATION : In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be given. In case of cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, the application fee is not refundable.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: You can subscribe to an optional cancellation insurance which amounts to 4% of the rental price. It is payable at the time of registration.
A/ Nature of the guarantee: it guarantees the deposits paid except for the booking fees. It intervenes when the member is obliged to cancel his stay for the following reasons
1- Serious illness, serious accident or death: of the insured (person who has subscribed to the booking contract), of his/her spouse or de facto spouse, of his/her guardian, of his/her ascendants, descendants, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, fathers-in-law or mothers-in-law.
2- Significant material damage caused by theft or fire or natural elements affecting the insured's property and requiring his or her presence.
3- Cancellation for a guaranteed reason of the insured's travel companion and/or persons registered on the same registration form.
4- The consequences, after-effects and complications or aggravation of an illness or accident noted prior to registration for the trip.
5- Complications of a pregnancy.
6- Economic dismissal of the insured.
B/ Obligation in case of cancellation: the member must immediately inform Camping Les Nauves within 48 hours by registered letter. The member must send as soon as possible: medical certificate, hospitalization certificate, death certificate, insurance certificate or complaint, letter of dismissal. The member must indicate the date and the known or presumed circumstances that caused the cancellation.
