- We will only confirm your booking on receipt of your deposit and booking fees. A written confirmation will be sent to you within 14 days. Any booking may be changed up to 30 days before the beginning of holidays and is subject to availibility. If there is no availibility for the dates you require, the initial booking will be maintained. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full payment will be due in full.
1) Rental are made out in one person's name and may not be transfered to any other person.
The balance due for the rental is payable on arrival.
2) Please inform us if you will be arriving after the agreed date : if we do not receive a letter or telegram informing us of your late arrival, the site will be considered vacant 24 hours after the date indicated on the rental contract and full payment for all services ordered will still be due.
3) All sums to be paid in advance (30% deposit + 18€ booking fees ) must be paid on receipt of the rental contract and enclosed with the copy returned to the campsite management Sarl Camping de la Plage. The deposit will be deduced form the final payment for rentals and services, but will not be rembursed in case of cancellation. If the customer wishes to cancel the booking, this must be done by writing and send to the Camping de la Plage - 20 rue du poulquer-29950 Bénodet-France. If the customer cancels after confirmation has been sent out but before the due date of the final balance, the deposit will be forfeit according to the following scale of charges application :
- over (+) 30 days from the beginning of holidays: 40 % deposit will be charged
- between 30 and 15 days from the beginning of holidays : 100 % deposit will be charged
- under (-) 15 days from the beginning of holidays : 100 % of the total cost of holidays will be charged.
Booking fees (18€) will not be refund in no case of cancellation.
Cancellation / Interruption insurance 6% (optional) : please refer to the annexed insurance cancellation document CAMPEZ COUVERT website: www.campez-couvert.com.
4) PITCHES RENTALS:
a) Sites will be available from 2 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by midday on the day of departure.
b) The entire balance due for site rental must be paid on the day of arrival.
c) There will be no price reductions or discounts for late arrivals, early departures, or modifications in the number of people and/or installations must be paid the day before the departure.
5) MOBIL-HOME AND CHALET RENTALS:
a) These rentals will be available in July and August between 4 PM and 8PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated between 8AM and 10 AM on the day of departure.
Arrival times : from 4 pm to 8pm at the latest in July and August only.
Departure times : between 8 am to 10 am at the latest in July and August only.
b) The entire rental balance due must be paid 15 days before your arrival or if not, on the day of arrival. There will be no price reductions or discounts for late arrivals or early departures.
c) Mobil-homes and chalets are rented for occupancy by the number of persons indicated.
d) Mobil-homes and chalet must be left as clean as you find them on arrival. Any further cleaning required will be charged at a flat rate of 85€ or 100€ according to the type of the accommodation. Any deterioration of the accommodation or accessories will be repaired immediately, at the renter's expenses. Any items missing from the inventory must be paid for. For pets owners, you will be requested to do the final cleaning in your accommodation on your departure. If not, you can select the 85€ or 100€ cleaning fees supplement on your arrival to the campsite.
e) 400€ deposit for the accommodation and 85€ or 100€ cleaning fees (the price varies according to the type of accommodation) must be paid by the renter on receipt of the keys and will be handed back on the day of departure after control or will be returned in case of early departure within 8 days following the departure, less deductions for repairs.
6) The Campsite does not accept animals classified as dangerous (Pitbull - Rottweiller...)
7) Animals ( dogs or cats only) must be vaccinated and tatooed. They must be kept under control of their owners who are entirely responsible for their pets during their whole stay on the campsite. The price per animal: 5€/animal/night
8) Guests are requested to comply with the rules and regulations within the campsite. Failure to do this could result in action by Courts of Quimper. Campsite de la plage in Benodet will authorize a limited number of visitors per day in the campsite for security reasons.

PHOTOS RIGHTS:
During your stay, the Campsite «de la Plage» may take photos or videos to promote the site. The use of these photos and videos which may include you and any minors under your responsability, require special authorisation. You are therefore requested to inform the management on your arrival if you do not wish to be photographed during your stay.
