Terms and Conditions
Reservation
The reservation becomes final as soon as you have received the confirmation from the campsite. This
confirmation must be presented upon arrival at the campsite. This contract is named, is strict
personal and non-transferable. The tenant accepts the place in its current state (trees,
planting….). You must always be able to prove that you have liability insurance during
your stay at the campsite.
The reservation fee is €12.
Camping pitches/accommodations
Camping spot
You can go to your camping spot from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and you must leave the spot
vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure. The days are counted from the day of arrival.
If you depart later, an extra day will be charged. The place must be empty
when you leave and are left in the same condition as when you arrived.
Any special requests requested at the time of booking will be accommodated to the best of our ability
met, without obligation from the campsite.
Accommodation
The accommodations can only be rented per full week during the high season.
Each week starts on Saturday at 4:00 PM and ends the following Saturday before 10:30 AM.
The departure time must always be agreed in advance with the campsite owner in connection with
the availability of the staff. The persons who want to leave a day earlier must check the
free accommodation before 7 pm.
The linen must be returned and everything must be restored in such a way that you are alone
but need to clean.
A security deposit of €300 must be paid on arrival and will be returned at the end
of the stay, less any material damage and repair costs.
The deposit also guarantees that the accommodation is immaculately clean,
because in case the accommodation is not clean there is an agreed price of €60 of the
deposit is deducted.
The number of persons per accommodation stated in the rates is the maximum capacity of the
accommodation. When Many more people than allowed want to visit the campsite
(including children and babies) this must always be approved by the campsite owner and will
charged in accordance with the applicable rate.
It is formally forbidden to erect (party) tents on the plot and on the terrace of the accommodations
to make. It is also forbidden to smoke inside the accommodations as a courtesy, because
safety and hygiene.
The special requests, which are requested at the time of booking, will be accommodated as well as possible
met, without obligation from the campsite.
Prices
The indicated prices include VAT. Not included are:
- Tourist tax for the stay: €0.33 per adult per
night
- Tax for household waste: € 0.30 per person per night
- Animals
Deposit
A deposit of € 300 (cash or credit card) will be requested upon arrival.
Any item damaged or lost during your stay will be charged. At your
departure the accommodation will be inspected and your deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your
departure will be returned to you.
You have been asked to leave the accommodation perfectly cleaned. If not this
has happened then cleaning will be charged to you for a rate of € 60 from the deposit
are being brought.
Regulation
The campsite accepts payments by ATM, in cash, holiday checks and
VISA/Mastercard/Americain Express.
The campsite has the VACAF control mark.
You will be asked for a deposit of 30% (including € 12 reservation costs) for the reservation
of a camping site. For the accommodation you will be paid an advance of 30% of the total
amount requested.
The remaining costs for the stay will be requested 1 month before arrival at the campsite
are.
Cancellation
If you want to cancel (only in case of proven force majeure) you must inform us 2 months in advance
inform arrival in writing and the deposit will be refunded 100%. In case of cancellation
between 1 and 2 months before arrival, 50% will be refunded. If canceled within 1 month before
arrival, the advance will not be returned.
The reservation costs are non-refundable.
If you want to take out cancellation insurance, we can advise you.
If the tenant does not use the pitch on the agreed date, the campsite owner keeps
reserves the right to rent the place again after 24 hours.
If the tenant leaves the place before the agreed date, he cannot claim
preserve this place.
Responsibility
The legal liability of the campsite does not apply in the case of:
- theft, loss or damage in any way during a stay
- damage or decommissioning of technical facilities; malfunction or closure of a
installation/facilities at the campsite.
- damage caused by or experienced by cars of camping guests that are stationary or
drive around within the fenced area of the campsite.
The campsite reserves the right to change the design and realization thereof
Claims
Any claim must be made directly to the staff during the stay at the campsite
handed over. When no claim is presented during this period
proven that the campsite has fulfilled its obligations.
Animals
Pets are accepted provided they are kept on a lead. Be the owners
held responsible for the damage caused by their pet. They also belong it through
the animals to clean up the dirt left behind.
Right to take pictures
During their stay, the camping guest must cooperate in taking photos and filming within the
site of the campsite for publicity purposes. If they don't want this, they should
inform the campsite owner of your refusal in writing.
Personal data
We hereby inform you that the personal data collected in the context of the
reservation are necessary for the execution of the reservation. This data will not be passed on to any
passed on to a third party.
It is strictly forbidden to plug your electric or hybrid vehicle into all sockets on the campsite as well as in the rentals.
