The rental of your furnished accommodation only becomes effective with our agreement and after reception of the signed rental contract accompanied by the payment of the deposit to the order of Les Chênes Vert.
The final pitch is determined by the campsite management on the day of arrival.
The possession is made after 4 pm, the restitution on the last day before 10 am.
Payment of the stay 30 days before the arrival date
On receipt of your rental contract and your deposit, we will send you a written confirmation, subject to availability. Please note! If we have not received full payment less than one month before your arrival, we will consider your reservation as cancelled and the cancellation conditions will apply.
In case of delay, we ask you to inform us; after 24 hours we will repossess the pitch and the deposit will be retained by the Chênes verts.
To be paid on site: a deposit of 200€, returned one week after the end of the rental period for any accommodation returned in good condition. This deposit includes the breakage of equipment at the rate displayed at the reception.
Cancellation conditions
In the event of late arrival or early departure in relation to the dates mentioned on the contract, no refund will be made.
No deposit will be refunded
For any cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the campsite management reserves the right to make any decision depending on the reason for cancellation.
All clients are required to comply with the rules and regulations of Les Chênes verts.
It is the responsibility of each client to ensure that they are insured. The management of the Chênes verts declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, etc. and in the event of accidents falling under the civil responsibility of its clients.
The rental is granted on a strictly personal basis. The tenant may not under any circumstances sublet or transfer his rental without the consent of the campsite management.
The Court of Aubenas is the only competent court in case of dispute.
How to book ?
You just have to send us back the copy of the rental contract duly filled in and signed, together with a 25% deposit and 30€ for the booking fee (non refundable) by French bank cheque, holiday vouchers, money order or bank transfer.
You will receive in return confirmation of your deposit and the itinerary
For the rental of chalets, 30 days before the start of the arrival day, you will send us the balance of your stay and will receive in exchange the receipted invoice.
Possibilities
Sheets: 8€ per week and per bed
Cleaning (40€) at the end of your stay if the accommodation is not left in a perfect state of cleanliness.
Electricity in low season: 4€ per night
