Terms and Conditions of Sale
We ask that you read the following terms and conditions carefully.
Booking a stay implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Booking Conditions
The rental is personal; subletting or transferring the site to a third party is prohibited.
A reservation becomes effective only with the camping's approval, after receiving the deposit and either the fully completed and signed booking form or the acceptance of the terms and conditions during online booking.
Camping Les Pins d'Ucel offers family-oriented stays in the traditional sense, and accommodations are specifically designed for this purpose. The campsite reserves the right to refuse any booking that contradicts or seeks to circumvent this principle.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Camping Pitches
The basic package includes a pitch for a tent, caravan, or camper for 1 or 2 people, along with access to sanitary facilities and reception amenities.
Accommodation
The basic package accommodates 2 to 5 people, depending on the type of rental. The campsite reserves the right to deny access to groups or families arriving with more people than the rental capacity.
Group Bookings
Any booking of more than 4 accommodations by the same person or by different people who know each other and are traveling together for the same purpose and dates is considered a group booking. Our accommodations cater exclusively to individual customers.
For group booking requests, you must contact us by phone or email. We reserve the right to evaluate the request before acceptance or refusal.
Rates, Tourist Tax, and Eco-Participation
Prices listed are valid for the current season. They correspond to a nightly rate in euros, VAT included.
The tourist tax is €0.59 per night per person aged 18 and older.
The eco-participation fee is €0.20 per night per person.
Payment Terms
Camping Pitch:
A deposit of 30% of the total price must be paid at the time of booking. The balance is due upon arrival at the campsite.
Accommodation:
For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a 30% deposit is required at booking, with the balance payable no later than 30 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 30 days before the stay, full payment is required at the time of booking.
No Right of Withdrawal
Under Article L121-19 of the Consumer Code, Camping Les Pins d'Ucel informs customers that sales of accommodation services for a specified date or period are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal period.
Stay Details
Arrival
Camping Pitch:
Arrival days are flexible, with check-in available from 12:00 for a minimum of 7 nights.
Accommodation:
In the low season, arrivals and departures are flexible for a minimum stay of 2 nights. In high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights, with check-in on Saturday from 3:00 PM.
A security deposit (€200) is required in advance via our partner, Swilky.
During Your Stay
Guests must have their own insurance. The campsite is not responsible for theft, fire, weather events, or incidents covered by civil liability. All clients must adhere to the internal regulations.
Electric cars cannot be charged in the rental; designated charging points are available in the parking lot.
Visitors
Visitors are permitted between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM but must have reception approval. They are not allowed access to the swimming pool.
Departure
Camping Pitch:
Must be vacated before 12:00 PM.
Accommodation:
Rentals must be vacated between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM (by appointment made earlier in the week).
Accommodations must be left clean, and inventory will be checked. Damages or additional cleaning costs (€45) may be charged.
Pets
Pets are allowed for a fee, except for first- and second-category dogs. They must be leashed at all times, have up-to-date vaccinations, and their waste must be cleaned up.
Cancellations and Modifications
Booking Modifications:
Modifications to dates or accommodation types are possible based on availability and must be requested in writing. No changes to the following season will be accepted.
Unused Services:
Interrupted or shortened stays (late arrivals or early departures) are non-refundable.
Cancellations by the Campsite:
In cases where the campsite cancels the stay, a full refund will be provided, except for force majeure events.
Customer Cancellations:
Cancellation insurance is available through our partner, Neat. Details are on our website.
Liability
Customers are responsible for any damage, loss, or disturbance caused by themselves or their party.
The campsite is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
Image Rights
Photos taken during your stay may be used for promotional purposes unless refusal is communicated in writing before arrival.
Personal Data
Data collected during booking is used for reservation purposes. Customers have the right to access, rectify, and object to data processing.
Consumer Mediation
In the event of a dispute, customers may seek free mediation with CM2C.
