CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION OF A CAMPING PLACE:
1)For a reservation in low season the booking charges are free.2)As soon as we receive your deposit,we will send you the confirmation of your reservation3)You can arrange your site during opening hours of the reception:from 8.30 a.m to 12.00 a.m and from 3.00 p.m to 7.00 p.m we will take your choice of site into account as possible4)3- In case of delay in your arrival,you must inform us as quickly as possible.If you do not ,we may consider your absence as a cancellation.In case of cancellation,the deposit will not be refunded.
CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION THE RESIDENCE RENTAL:
1)The arrival time is available during the working time of reception : 8.30 am - 12.00 am and 15.00 pm - 19.00 pm. 2)The reservation will be effective 30 days before your arrival date. 3) Deposit caution money of 200 euros is requested at your arrival date. We will return it within 1 week, at your departure,after the deduction of compensation in case of damage/lost of place/material. 4)Paying 30 euros as a fine if don't clean the residence before departure. 5)In case of change the arrival date or departure date, should inform us at least 15 days before your arrival date. If not the reservation is considered as cancellation. 6)The dog and the other animals won't be allow to be inside the residence. (except the agreement) 7)The number of person in the residence limit as above mentioned,the extra person must pay extra charge ( as the agreement ).
