GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENT

1 – Any reservation involves the acceptance of the regulation and the conditions expressed below.

2- The reservation will become definitive only during the written confirmation of this one by the direction of the campsite.

3- The reservations are name specific and can be given up or no account except express agreement of the direction.

4- The paid deposit will be deducted from the total price of the stay during the definitive regulation.

5- The paid (poured) deposit (advance) will be will remain definitively acquired in the campsite whatever are the reasons of the cancellation.

6- No reduction will be granted in the case of a delayed arrival or an early (anticipated) departure.

7-Except warning the reservations are maintained 48 hours beyond the planned date of arrival. After this period, the location will be freed (released) and the stay will be charged to you.

8- Only the tattooed pets and up to date of their vaccination are accepted. The vaccination certificate will be present upon your arrival. The dogs of 1st and 2nd category are forbidden with in the campsite.

9- The internal rules are posted in the entrance of the campsite. Every person penetrating within the campsite has to respect him. In the event of infringement in this regulation, the management reserve the right to expel one or several offenders.
10- Any client of the campsite has the possibility to seize a mediator of the consumption withim a delay one month from the date of the written complaint by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
