TERMS OF SALES :
Camping le Bois Fleuri accepts reservations for its rental accommodation under certain conditions:
Any Rental will be accompanied by a check as a deposit of 30% of the rental amount, and the balance will be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival.
For a stay within -30 days of arrival, the entire stay will be paid upon booking.
Any stay unreserved before arrival can not be considered as reserved and will remain at the disposal of the campsite.
Fees are to be paid upon booking.
You can subscribe to a cancellation insurance when you book online.
Any cancellation of stay will incur no refund from the campsite.
When the stay is started, there is no refund possible due to early departure, whatever the reason.
The lease is personal: it is forbidden to sublet or assign the site to a third party.
RENTAL: it takes effect from 15h to 10h the day of departure.
An inventory list will be given on arrival, it should be checked and report to the reception any failure or breakage during the stay.
The fridge must be defrosted and left open on your departure.
The linen (sheets, towels etc ...) is not included in the rental price.
TV is not included in the rental.
End of stay cleaning is at your expense.
It is forbidden to smoke in the renting premises, otherwise there will be an additional cleaning charge (50 €)
Pets are not allowed in the rental.
A deposit will be requested upon your arrival to cover any:
- cleaning fee (30 € for the Mobils Home / 20 € for the toilets),
- damage caused (150 € for the Mobil Home and 100 € for the toilés),
by credit card only.
This deposit will be refunded upon departure after the inventory of fixtures.
People wishing to extend their stay after returning the rental at 10am (time of departure and exit of the vehicle), to take advantage of the services of the campsite (excluding access swimming pool) will have to signal it at the reception and after agreement with the manager, will have to pay a supplement per person.
The rental is for a limited number of people, the manager reserves the right to cancel your stay if the number of people is greater than the limit provided in the rental.
We ask you to notify us of any delay in your arrival in order to maintain the benefits of your rental.
Late arrivals not reported will not be insured after 20h.
The manager reserves the possibility of having the rental if there was no news 24 hours after the date of arrival, the amounts paid remaining.
LOCATIONS:
People with animals (for locations) must:
- declare it at the reception on arrival (2.00 euros / day),
- keep it clean,
- keep it on a leash during the whole stay,
- do not leave it alone on the site,
- have your vaccination book up to date ...
In case of cancellation of the contract, no refund will be made.
The tourist taxes (0.55 € / person over 18 years / day) must be paid when booking or on arrival at the latest.
All visitors must present themselves at the reception and pay the sum of 3.00 € / person (no free pool), if any, they will be charged to the camper receiving visitors.
Minors not accompanied by their parents are not admitted.
In case of non-compliance with these conditions or the rules of procedure, the manager gives himself the right to terminate the contract
We inform you that the barrier is functional from 7:30 to 22:30.
