TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Bare pitches rented by the day from 2 p.m. to 12 p.m. the next day. Departure after 12 p.m. counts as one more night.
2. Rentals are available on Saturday from 4 p.m. and must be vacated on Saturday before 10 a.m. A time slot between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. for the handing over of the keys must be reserved with the management no later than the day before departure.
3. Reservations are only effective after receipt of the deposit and confirmation from us.
4. Cancellation: For any cancellation communicated 30 days before the start of the stay, the deposits are refunded at 80%. After this period, the deposits are no longer refunded. (Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended). Attached is a document allowing you to be insured with the FFCC.
Any stay booked in rental and having started, is due in full.
5. We reserve the right to offer any pitch or rental after an unreported 24-hour delay.
6. Rules of procedure:
• Dogs (cats prohibited): For the well-being of all, animals are accepted provided they are vaccinated, (presentation of the vaccination record) kept on a leash and walked off the site for their natural needs. They must not be left alone and access to the swimming pool is strictly forbidden to them. Their accidental droppings inside the establishment must be picked up. The management reserves the right to exclude any offender without delay.
• Swimming pool: Unsupervised, children remain under the responsibility of the parents. Bermuda shorts are prohibited. Opening at 11 a.m. at 21h. For safety reasons it is forbidden to jump, run, eat in the aquatic area. The management reserves the right to exclude from the establishment any offender and without delay.
• Animation: The schedule is displayed at the beginning of the week, but can be modified. The children participating in the activities remain under the responsibility of the parents.
• Barbecues are only authorized in those provided for this purpose and made available to you by the campsite (charcoal only). Safety and waste management is the collective responsibility of users.
• Calm and respect: You are asked to respect everyone's calm and rest. Also we ask you to be attentive to noise pollution after 10 p.m. (conversations, children's games, barking, etc.) No more noise from midnight (prefectural decree)
7. Payment for stays:
• : Deposit to be paid at the time of booking:
- Bare pitch, €55 per week.
- Rental 25% of the total stay.
- A confirmation receipt will be returned to you.
• Balance of the stay: the balance is to be paid 30 days before the date of arrival
• : The tourist tax and the eco-awareness tax are payable on arrival for tourist accommodation and the day before departure before 6 p.m. at the latest for the pitches.

8. Each owner of a caravan, motor home, tent, must ensure the multi-risk cover of his property and a Civil Liability guarantee contract.
9. Deposit for electric vehicle: €300 guaranteeing possible wild and dangerous recharging at one of the campsite's electrical terminals. In the event of an infraction, the deposit will be collected in full and exclusion will be automatic.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR RENTALS
1. Incoming inventory of fixtures: to avoid a too long waiting time on your arrival and your departure, the inventory of fixtures is left to you. Despite all our vigilance, we invite you to notify us within 24 hours of any malfunction found in the accommodation.
2. DEPOSITS: 2 checks or credit card imprint:
€150 guaranteeing any damage to the accommodation
€70 guaranteeing cleaning for other than canvas cabins and safari without sanitary facilities, tit'home (bondoid siphon cleaning, sanitary facilities and toilets, floors, kitchen)
€300 guaranteeing possible wild and dangerous recharging on one of the electrical terminals of the rental or campsite. In the event of an infraction, the deposit will be collected in full and exclusion will be automatic.
€50 guaranteeing cleaning for canvas cabins, safari without sanitary facilities and tit'home (kitchen cleaning and storage, floors)
3. Rental equipment includes: Cookware, stove and gas bottle, refrigerator, garden furniture, blankets, pillows, etc. Tenants must bring sheets, duvet covers or duvets, towels and home.
In the event of broken glass, crockery, etc., let us know so that we can restock them.
4. The accommodations are rented clean, residents are required to return them as clean as they found them cleaning (bondoid siphon cleaning, toilets and toilets, floors, kitchen), failing which the deposit will be withheld. On request possibility of taking care of the cleaning for a fixed price of 70€. per rental.

€300 guaranteeing possible wild and dangerous refillson one of the electrical terminals of the rental or campsite. In the event of an infraction, the deposit will be collected in full and exclusion will be automatic.
It is important that the tenant keeps a duplicate of the documents.
