General Booking Conditions Campsite - Winter Caravan Park

Bookings :
To make a booking, please fill in and sign the booking form and send it back to us together with the deposit .
If we still have pitches available for your dates, we will confirm your booking in writing and send you a receipt.
If the booking is not possible, we will inform you in writing and return your deposit in full.
Pitches are rented to the person named on the booking form and can not be sublet under any circumstances.
Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the total holiday price is required to secure your booking. The balance of the holiday , that is the remaining 70% , must be paid in full on arrival at the campsite .
Cancellation:
Any cancellations of holidays must be made in writing. If you cancel more than 60 days before your holiday start date, the deposit of 30% will be refunded. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before your holiday start date, the deposit is no longer refundable. If you cancel less than 30 days before your holiday start date, we will keep the total amount of payments received and the total amount of the holiday is due.
Late arrivals or early departures :
No reduction will be made in the case of late arrivals or early departures. Under no circumstances will we reimburse any costs for holidays where you leave before the due date. If you do not arrive on the date stated on the contract, the contract will become void , the deposit will remain the property of the campsite and the balance of the holiday must be paid. Late arrivals of more than 24 hours will result in the cancellation of your booking, unless we have been forewarned in writing.
Insurance:
Each camper should be insured for Civil Liability. Please note that you can take out an insurance policy covering eventual cancellation or interruption of your holiday with your insurance company.

The booking fee is not deductible.
The balance of the holiday , that is the remaining 70% , must be paid in full one month before the start date of your holiday. We will not send out a reminder or follow-up letter.
If payment is not received by the due date, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit retained.

Security Bond:
A cheque for the amount of 250 € is required with the balance of your holiday. These are refundable on departure after we have checked the inventory and condition of the accommodation. Please leave your accommodation spotless! If not, we will keep the security bond of 70 € against final cleaning.
