TERMS OF CONTRACT: CAMPING & RENTAL ACCOMMODATION 2020

1. This contract confirms acceptance of the dates reserved and deposit paid.
The tenant undertakes to occupy the pitch on the agreed day, otherwise the agreement will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.
2. Payment is due for any rental period which has begun.
The tenant must settle the full amount due for the whole rental period on arrival.
Deposits on rented accommodation:
2 cash payments are required as guarantees:
- One payment of € 150 as guarantee against material damage.
- One payment of € 40 as guarantee against additional cleaning.
- These deposits will be refunded on departure.
3. The booking deposit will be refunded for cancellations made more than 30 days before commencement of the rental period. An administration charge will be deducted from the refund: 40 E
Cancellation insurance is available if required.
4. Pitches : Free hot water is available in the showers and washing-up facilities
5. No vehicles higher than 2.25 m are allowed (no trucks or large camper vans). Barbecues are not permitted. Animals are prohibited
6. If you have visitors who stay more than 2 hours they must pay the daily campsite charge for 'Guests'. prohibited :23/7 until 13/8.
7. The rental agreement applies solely to the named tenant(s) and is valid only for the number of people and vehicle registered on the booking form for each type of pitch. Exceeding these conditions without prior authorisation will break this contract.
8. The reservation will be registered as soon as we receive your cheque.
You will receive written confirmation within 8 days..
We also accept credit cards, cash and bank transfers.
