TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any customer is required to comply strictly with rules of the camping du Viaduc, that is displayes at the reception and it is possible to have a copy. Camping du Viaduc is not liable for all loss, stolen or broken personal items belonging to our customers. A personal liability insurance is mandatory during all stay.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed on the campsite except under adult supervision at all times..
Swimming pool : is use exclusively for the customers of the campsite Parents are entirely responsible for their children and the bath-short are forbidden.
One Pet is allowed in the campsite, leashed and with his vaccination certificates. Dogs category 1 and category 2 are not allowed. Pets don't stay alone in the campsite. They don't go to the sanitary bloc and the children.
Playgroud.
Maximum number of persons on one pitch is 6 and one pet.
Booking : any stay will become valid when receiving a written confirmation in addition of a 25 % down payment. Remaining balance must be paid before 30 days. No refund made due to late arrival or ealy departure.
Aprroved means of payment are : cash, (only on the campsite) bank transfer or credit card (book on line)
More than 60 days before arrival date : booking fees (14€) will be retained
More than 30 days before arrival date : booking fees + down payment will be retained
Less than 30 days before arrival date : total amount of stay + booking fees will be retained.
The remaining balance is payable 30 days before your arrival if not the book is cancelled.
If you want you could subscribe an optional cancellation insurance (www.assurance-annulation.eu or book farm download on the site)
If you have 24 hours delay and we have not notification (phone or mail) your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
Collected by the Communauté de Communes de la Chataigneraie TAXE DE SEJOUR : 0,60 € per day for people over 18 years old, is not included in the stay.
Camping : arrivals are from 2 pm and departures are before 12 am
Rent :only Saturday - arrivals are from 16 pm and departures are before 9 am
Deposit : 200 € for accomodation is required upon arrival It will be returned at your departure after inventory conducted in the presence of the owner of the campsite if the accommodation is left in good condition and no broken. And 50 € for household if the accommodation is not clean.
No smoking in the accommodation
