GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
COMMITMENT OF THE LESSEE
A rental accommodation or a pitch is rented by name and may under no circumstances be sublet by the TENANT.
Any person not declared on the seasonal rental contract will be considered as a visitor and may be refused access to the campsite or be subject to additional invoicing.
Any minor not accompanied by an adult will not be admitted to the campsite.
The installation must be done at the location indicated by the management of the CAMPSITE.
The TENANT has taken note of the internal regulations and undertakes to respect them for the duration of the stay.
MANAGEMENT OF ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Arrivals are between 4pm and 6pm in low season and between 4pm and 7pm in high season. In case of late arrival, it is imperative to inform the campsite reception. The rentals are kept for 24 hours after the date of arrival of the TENANT. After this period, they cease to be reserved and the total cost of the stay will be retained by the TENANT. Departures are scheduled between 8am and 10am for rental accommodation and before 12pm for bare pitches. Any day started is due and entails the payment of the full day. Pitches and rental accommodation are allocated by the CAMPING according to availability, so as to optimise the planning. This allocation may be changed at any time before the keys are handed over. Only the location, dates and type of accommodation are guaranteed.
PAYMENT OF THE RENTAL
The reservation only becomes effective after receipt of the deposit.
The total amount of the stay is payable at least one month before your arrival. No reduction will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure.
In the absence of payment in due time, the LESSOR's reservation will be automatically cancelled, the total amount of the stay remaining due.
CHARGES
As this is rental accommodation, the price of the stay includes electricity, water and gas charges, provided that they are used within reason. Charging an electric car is strictly forbidden, also because of the risk of fire.
The tourist tax and the recycling contribution are additional.
TOTAL OR PARTIAL CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
It is the TENANT's responsibility to notify the CAMPSITE by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the CAMPSITE's address or by sending an e-mail to the CAMPSITE's contact address. The date of receipt of the cancellation will determine the cancellation fee.
In the event of cancellation at the initiative of the TENANT, the latter shall remain liable to the CAMPING for:
the administrative costs and the costs for cancellation insurance as compensation for breach of the Rental Contract
an amount equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay if the TENANT cancels more than 30 days before the planned date of arrival an amount
an amount equal to the total cost of the stay, if the TENANT cancels less than 30 days before the planned date of arrival.
RETRACTION
The TENANT is informed that, in application of article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, the sale of accommodation services provided on a specific date or according to a specific period is not subject to the provisions relating to the withdrawal period applicable to distance selling. No right of withdrawal therefore applies to the sale of holidays by the CAMPING.
CANCELLATION OPTION
In order to deal with unforeseen events, we suggest that you take out a cancellation option when you make your reservation. This is an optional package, the variable amount of which is calculated on the basis of 4.50% of the total amount of your stay.
This guarantee ensures the reimbursement of the sums paid (excluding the booking fee and cancellation guarantee) for your rental (subject to the presentation of supporting documents) in the cases mentioned below:
Serious bodily injury, serious illness, hospitalisation or death of the insured person (booker), his/her spouse or the persons named in the rental contract, their direct ascendants or their descendants*;
Serious prejudice, not realised at the time of taking out the contract, due to theft, fire or natural elements affecting the principal or secondary residence of the reservee and requiring the presence of the latter on the day of departure;
Inability to take possession of the rented premises as a result of the economic redundancy of the reservee or his/her spouse, or the transfer of the reservee or his/her spouse, provided that the employer's notification is made after the guarantee takes effect;
Following a state of natural disaster according to the law of 13/07/1972 or forest fires occurring on the site of the stay and leading to: either the prohibition of the stay, on the site, by the competent authorities during all or part of the rental period; or by a deterioration of the rented premises and the site such that it does not allow the hirer to enjoy normally the environment and the services which had motivated his rental.
Any request for cancellation of your stay must be sent to us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 48 hours of the event giving rise to it, only the date of the event giving rise to it being taken into account **.
* Serious illness means an alteration in health certified by a competent medical authority, prohibiting you from leaving the room and implying the cessation of all professional or other activities. Serious accident means an unintentional bodily injury caused by the victim, resulting from the sudden action of an external cause and prohibiting him/her from moving about by his/her own means.
** Any stay started is due in full. No reduction will be granted in case of late arrival or early departure. The cancellation without interruption guarantee ceases to have effect from the start of the rental period and cannot be applied if one of the elements listed above occurs during the stay.
INVENTORY - INVENTORY OF FIXTURES (NOT APPLICABLE TO PITCHES)
The CAMPING must provide the accommodation in accordance with the description and in a good state of hygiene and cleanliness. The TENANT must return it in the same condition.
Each accommodation is equipped with crockery, interior and exterior furniture, bedding except for sheets and household linen, some are equipped with a television. It is agreed that an inventory and an inventory of fixtures (furniture, equipment and kitchen utensils) will be carried out at the time of the TENANT's entry and departure. The TENANT must inform the campsite of any anomaly before the following morning.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (NOT APPLICABLE TO PITCHES)
A security deposit is required to cover any lack of cleanliness, damage or deterioration caused to the rented objects and premises, as well as the various charges and possible consumption. The security deposit is set at 60 euros.
It is paid when the keys are handed over, after the inventory of fixtures and fittings and will be returned in the event of departure at working hours at the end of the stay, in the event of departure at non-working hours within a week, subject to deduction of the amount of damage assessed at their replacement at the market price for new equipment, and of a sum of 80 euros in the event of cleaning not being carried out.
If the amount of damage exceeds the security deposit, the TENANT shall owe the CAMPING the additional amount necessary to replace the various damaged materials.
INSURANCE
The CAMPING is not liable for theft, loss or damage of any kind during the stay.
The TENANT shall provide proof, upon simple request from the LESSOR, that his multi-risk home insurance policy is up to date with the payment of contributions and includes a holiday travel clause covering the risks of fire and water damage, for which he could be held responsible. If this is not the case, the LESSOR may request either an extension from his insurer, or a specific insurance for the duration of the stay.
