GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale
These General Terms and Conditions shall automatically govern all sales of stays made on the website https://www.campingdesologne.fr . They are an integral part of any contract between the campsite and its customers.
Each client acknowledges having read these terms and conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for itself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information prior to the conclusion of any contract of sale of stays. They may also be obtained on a simple written request addressed to the head office of the establishment
Article 2 - Booking conditions 2.1 Price and payment
The price of the stays is indicated in euros, VAT 10% included. The attention of the customer is drawn to the fact that are not included in the price: the tourist tax.
For camping site reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the amount of the stay, The card FFCC, ACSI or CI, or the registration card of the caravan can be kept the time of the stay by the manager for payment on the day of departure.
For rental bookings: All rentals are nominative and cannot be assigned. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the deposit. The balance of the stay deposited
For security reasons, minors must be accompanied by a legal representative. The Camping de Sologne reserves the right to cancel the reservation or refuse access to the campsite if it finds that minors under the age of 18 are not accompanied by their legal representative.
For any delay not reported, the rental/location becomes available 8 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the sums paid will remain acquired to the management of the campsite.
2.2 Booking Change
No discount will be made in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any unrestricted reservation in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled. For any cancellation received more than 1 month before the start date of the stay, the deposit will be kept by the manager, and the balance of the stay will be refunded. Within 1 month before arrival and in the event that a cancellation insurance has been taken out, the manager of the campsite will keep the entire amount of the stay. The insurance will reimburse the stay directly to the tenant on proof.
2.4 Retraction
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the French Consumer Code do not apply to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order of a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
2.5 Cancellation Insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee that allows you to obtain a refund of the sums paid in case of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (sickness, accident, etc.).
Article 3 - Course of the stay 3.1 Arrivals and departures
For hire: arrivals are from 2 pm and before 8 pm (but not beyond), departures are before 10 am, any day of the week.
Location: arrivals are from 1:00 pm and before 9:00 pm (but not beyond), departures are before 1:00 pm, any day of the week.
3.2 Bond
A deposit of 280 euros per accommodation will be requested the day of your arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the caisse, after an inventory. The charge for any damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you can't be
3.3 Departure
Rental and Location: Any return of key or release from the location after the indicated schedule will result in the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
On the pitches: category 1 and 2 dogs are strictly prohibited within the site. Pets are not allowed inside the rentals. The animals must be kept on a leash throughout the stay, the droppings will be collected by their owner throughout the campsite. In case of non-compliance with the rules of hygiene and cleanliness, the manager can proceed with the expulsion of the owner of the dog after payment of the stay and additional cost of 35€.
3.5 Rules of Procedure
As required by law, you must adhere to our rules of procedure, deposited in the prefecture, displayed at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you upon request.
Article 4 - Liability
The Campsite declines all responsibility for the damage suffered by the equipment of the camper-caravanier which would be of its own; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance or the Commercial Court.
Article 6 - Right to the image
You expressly authorize Camping de Sologne, without consideration, to use on any medium the photos of you or your children that may be taken during your stay, for the advertising needs of the campsite.
