General rental conditions
Rates include rental, location for 1 vehicle, supply of water, gas and electricity. Rentals are provided for the specified number of people (possibility of extra people with supplement after approval of management). Visitors will have to report to reception and pay a fee. Arrivals in season are usually on Saturdays between 16h and 20h, departures on Saturday between 8h and 10h. For a reservation to be final, you must imperatively attach to the form and this within 10 days, a deposit of 25% of the rental + 12 € fee and 20 € per week rental for cancellation guarantee --- > only if you subscribe to the insurance.
If you subscribe, thank you to indicate it on the reservation request (the subscription of this guarantee is not an obligation, but strongly advised).
Upon receipt of your request and subject to our availability, a reservation contract will be sent to you for confirmation. This contract must be returned to us within 10 days duly signed. The balance of the rental (if it is in credit card, cash or holiday checks) must be made no later than the day of your arrival, however if the balance of the stay is in check, the latter must be sent 1 month before the date of arrival A deposit will be required. This amount will be refunded after an inspection of the end of stay. In case of departure outside the opening hours of the reception, the deposit will be shipped, less the costs related to the examination of the premises. Animals are accepted, provided they are non-aggressive, non-noisy, leashed or kept in a cage, and up to date with their vaccinations. The owner will have to justify it on arrival. The owner is responsible for the cleanliness and safety of his animal. No animal should stay alone in a rental.
An early departure will not give rise to any refund, (unless you have taken out a cancellation guarantee).
RULES OF PROCEDURE
In order to facilitate the smooth running of your holidays, the rules of procedure are at your disposal in all rentals and at the reception. Each person staying on the campsite agrees to take cognizance of it, to apply it and to respect it.

Silence must be respected between 11 pm and 7 am Motor vehicle traffic is limited to 10km / hour and is prohibited between 11pm and 7am.
Games and Pool: Children should always be under the supervision of their parents. As for the pool, it is forbidden to dive and run. You are required to read the sign at the entrance to the pool and abide by the rules. For hygiene,
swimsuits are mandatory - swim shorts are forbidden.
RESPONSIBILITY: The campsite Le Gréarn is not liable for theft, loss or damage of any kind during or after a stay. The management is only responsible for objects deposited in the office.
Valid holiday checks are accepted.
