Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the site www.campingcontrexeville.com. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained on simple written request addressed to the head office of the establishment.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Prices and payment
The price of the stays is indicated in euros, VAT included.
For camping pitch reservations: all rentals are personal and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement. Confirmation of the reservation must be presented on the day of arrival in order to avoid double payment.
For any unreported delay, the rental becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the payment of the reservation will remain with the management of the campsite.
For tourism rental reservations: all rentals are personal and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay within 3 days before the start date of the stay.
For curist rental reservations: all rentals are personal and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay within 1 month before the start date of the stay.
For any unreported delay, the rental becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the payment of the reservation will remain with the management of the campsite.
2.2 Modification of reservation
No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any open reservation in accordance with the general conditions of sale will be canceled.
In the event of cancellation of the Booking by the Customer after its acceptance by the Service Provider, for any reason whatsoever except force majeure, the deposit paid for the Booking will automatically be acquired from the Service Provider, as compensation. , and may not give rise to any reimbursement.
In all cases of cancellation, the reservation costs will remain with the Service Provider.
2.3.1 COVID 19 Cancellation
- Free cancellation with refund (excluding booking fees), up to 1 day before the date of arrival in the event of an administrative closure of the campsite.
- Free cancellation up to 1 day before the date of arrival, in the form of a credit or displacement of the stay, in the event that the customer is unable to access the campsite, due to the closure of borders , the administrative limitation of travel, and while the campsite is authorized to receive its customers.
2.4 Withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order for a stay at the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
2.5 Cancellation insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee which allows you to obtain reimbursement of the sums paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.).
Insurance rates:
• Camping pitch: 4% of the total amount of the stay
• Mobile homes rental: 4% of the total amount of the stay
Article 3 - Course of the stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
In camping: arrivals are from 12 noon, departures are before 12 noon.
Rental: arrivals are from 3 p.m., departures before 10 a.m.
3.2 Caution
A deposit of 100 euros per accommodation will be required on the day of your arrival, for a stay longer than one night. It will be refunded to you on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the cash desk, after an inventory. The invoicing of any damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean state. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail.
3.3 Departure
Any retour key or release of the rental after 10am entails the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
Animals are only allowed inside the rentals after agreement from the management
3.5 Internal regulations
As required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations, posted at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request.
Article 4 - Liability
The Campsite declines all responsibility for damage to the equipment of the camper-caravaneer which is of its own making; insurance for your material in terms of civil liability is compulsory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC ...).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Commercial Court of Epinal.
Article 6 – DISPUTES
All disputes to which the purchase and sale operations concluded in application of these general conditions of sale could give rise, concerning their validity, their interpretation, their execution, their termination, their consequences and their consequences and which could not have been be resolved between the Service Provider and the Client will be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law.
The Customer is informed that he may in any case resort, in the event of a dispute, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative method of dispute resolution.
