Article 1 - Scope of the general terms and conditions
These general conditions governing operation of law all sales stays www.camping-lecoincharmant-ardeche.com performed on the site. They are an integral part of any contract between the campsite and its customers.
Each client acknowledges these general conditions before booking a stay, -even for him and anyone participating in the stay.
According to the law, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information prior to the conclusion of any sales contract stays. They can also be obtained on written request to the office of the institution.
Article 2 - Booking Conditions
Price and Payment
The price stays listed in euros, VAT included. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that is not included in the price tourist tax (0.66 euros / day / person +18 years), and eco participation : 0.30€ per day and per person over 7 years old.
Accepted payment methods
Under the installment as against the balance, you can honor your reservation or stay by the following methods of payment: French bank check postal check, holiday check, credit card, bank transfer.
For camping reservations location:
It's a pitch for your tent, caravan or motorhome. Your stay is calculated from a basic package that includes the location, two people, your facility, your vehicle and access to the infrastructures, entertainment and sanitary facilities. The additional costs (additional person, vehicle, pets ...) are not included in the package and will be added to it.
All rentals are personal and can not be transferred. The hiring becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of full payment and booking fee.
For rental reservations:
Our prices include people (according to the capacity of the accommodation), water, gas, electricity, a vehicle, access to the infrastructures, entertainment and sanitary facilities. Your accommodation must be restored to the state upon departure.
All rentals are personal and can not be transferred. The hiring becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of full payment and booking fees.
The location or the final rent will be determined by the campsite, in any case you can not claim a location or a specific location.
Last minute booking
Any reservation made in less than 30 days before the date of departure must be paid in full by credit card only.
For unreported delay, rental / location becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of written message, the reservation will be invalid and the deposit forfeited to the campsite management.
Reservation modification
No reduction will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.
Cancellation
Due to the buyer All cancellations must be notified by post, which will take effect from the date of receipt of the letter:
• more than 30 days prior to arrival, the amount of the deposit remains with the camping
• less than 30 days prior to arrival, the total rental amount, a booking fee will be retained.
All reservations not ended in accordance with the terms of sale will be canceled.
retraction
The legal provisions on the right of withdrawal for distance sales under the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order from a stay at the campsite, the client enjoys no right of withdrawal.
Article 3 - Tour Programme
Arrivals and Departures
For rent: check-in is from 15: 30 pm, departures are before 10 am, any day of the week or chosen in high season.
Camping: check-in is from 14 pm, departures are before 12 am, any day of the week.
Bail
A deposit of € 200 per accommodation will be required on the day of arrival. It will be refunded the day of departure, during the opening hours of the box, after an inventory. Billing for any damage will be added to the price of the stay and the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of cleanliness. If you can be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned by mail.
Departure
All key back after 10 pm or release the site after 12 hours will be invoiced an extra night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
Minors unaccompanied by their parents Minors are not accepted.
Animals
Dogs and cats except for dogs of category 1 and 2, are allowed in our campsite
One animal is accepted per rental and location. Dogs and cats prohibited in the rooms and on the sofa and must not be left alone in the rental.
We require that dogs be leashed in the campsite.
Observe hygiene and surrounding.
The health certificate must be presented upon arrival at the campsite. Rabies vaccines and tattoo certificates are required.
Any animal will result in a daily fee.
3.5 Rules
As required by law, you must adhere to our rules, introduced in the prefecture, displayed at our reception and a copy will be provided upon request.
Article 4 - Liability
The campsite declines all responsibility for damage to the equipment of the camper-caravan that would be of its own making; insurance for your liability related equipment is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC ...).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the High Court or the Commercial Court

Article 7 - Electric car
A dedicated specialist terminal is located at the entrance to the campsite. The payment is possible on BLEU CARTE or RFID card. Recharging electric vehicles is not authorized on pitches or mobile homes under penalty of invoicing.
Article 8 - Bad weather
In the event of severe weather and flooding, campers are required to respect the site's safety instructions and evacuation rules, which include taking only the bare minimum. The campsite declines all material and bodily liability.
