GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
FORMALITIES
Any booking request will incur a handling fee of 25 euros for an individual booking and 60 euros for a group booking, which cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Registration becomes effective on receipt of the booking form, accompanied by the payment of the deposit and the booking fee.
ADMISSION
No person may be admitted without the agreement of the director of the centre representing SASU Domaine des Blachas.
A 10% discount on accommodation and camping pitches is granted to Post Office agents and ASPTT licensees, as well as to their spouse, partner and children under 21 years of age if they are students or dependents.
To be entitled to this reduction, the applicant for the Post Office or ASPTT (adult) must be present during the entire stay.
If the client wishes to be allocated a specific pitch, they can request it and pay a supplement of 30€. The allocation of pitches or rentals is carried out, subject to availability, by the director or his representative.
Any person residing on the estate must be in possession of individual or family insurance.
Civil liability.
PAYMENT OF THE STAY
Individual stay :
After payment of the deposit, you will pay the balance of your reservation at the latest one month before your arrival at the domain.
Your holiday voucher, drawn up on the basis of your information, does not include the services consumed on site.
Group stay :
Payment of the 1st deposit of approximately 30% on signature of the contract, 2nd deposit of 20% 45 days before arrival, balance to be paid on site.
ACCESS TO ACCOMMODATION, MOBILE HOMES, TITHOMS AND CAMPING PITCHES
Accommodation is allocated from 5pm and must be vacated by 10am. It is made available to you in a perfect state of cleanliness. During your stay, its upkeep is your responsibility. Cleaning products are not provided. The accommodation must be left clean and the bins emptied. Failing this, you will be invoiced for the cost of repairing it.
The cleaning of an accommodation can be provided by us for the sum of 55,00 €.
Blankets are provided, bed linen and towels can be hired.
A deposit of 200,00 € will be requested on arrival and will be returned on the day of your departure, after the inventory of fixtures or within 8 days after your departure.
For groups or stays involving at least 3 accommodations, it amounts to 500€.
Camping pitches are allocated from 12 noon and must be vacated by 12 noon.
VISITORS
We remind you that anyone entering the domain must be reported to the reception.
Visitors to the ½ for a day or for a day 3.00 €/ person (ticket on sale at the reception), this does not give access to the swimming pool.
Visitors sleeping on the estate, registration is compulsory at the reception.
ANIMALS
ACCOMMODATION: Animals are not accepted.
CAMPING: Dogs must be kept on a leash and under no circumstances left alone. Upon arrival, you must declare them at the reception desk by presenting their rabies vaccination certificate.
Dogs classified as category 1 and 2 are forbidden in the domain.
CANCELLATION OF STAY :
IN YOUR FACT: No refunds will be made by the Domaine des Blachas.
Optional cancellation insurance, 3.5 % of the total amount of the stay - Payment upon reservation.
DUE TO THE DOMAINE DES BLACHAS :
In the event of external events beyond its control, the Domaine des Blachas reserves the right to modify the services or cancel the stay. In this case, the customer will have the possibility to cancel his stay without the cancellation conditions being applied. The sums paid for the stay will be refunded in full.
Specific conditions for groups :
In the event of total or partial cancellation of the number of guests, more than 10% of the total number of guests due to the client, the following penalties will be applied:
- More than 45 days before the beginning of the stay, the totality of the deposit is kept.
- Between 45 and 30 days before the beginning of the stay, the deposit and the 2nd instalment are kept.
- Between 30 and 7 days before the beginning of the stay, 80% of the amount of the stay is due.
- Less than 7 days from the beginning of the stay, the full amount of the stay is due.
In all cases, the Domaine des Blachas will retain the booking fees.
SPECIAL COVID CONDITIONS - 19 / Modification of reservation free of charge :
You can modify your reservation free of charge if you enter one of the following Covid-related cases:
- the Domaine des Blachas is closed for the period of your reservation, or is in a High Alert Zone.
- Government measures restricting travel prevent you from travelling to Domaine des Blachas because of the confinement of your region of origin or destination, the closure of the border between your country of origin and your country of destination, a quarantine period to be observed for holidaymakers travelling in your region of destination or a recommendation by the government of your country against non-essential travel in the region of destination. - you or a person travelling is positive for the RT-PCR test at Covid-19 and must observe a quarantine for the duration of their stay. You will be asked for medical proof of your test.
- you must observe a period of quarantine required by a doctor. You will be asked for medical proof of your test.
Your request must be made at the earliest 30 days before the departure date.
