GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. Obligations of the GUEST
Accommodations (mobilhome, bungalow, etc.) or pitches are rented in the name of one specific person. Consequently, sublease is prohibited. Unregistered persons, during booking or check-in, will not be allow to enter on the campsite. Regularization may result in additional fees. GUEST agrees to respect rooms or pitch capacities. In other case additional persons will not be allow to enter on the campsite. GUEST refers to campsite regulations that must be respected all along his stay.
2. Arrival and departure
Check-in start at 16:00. In case of lateness (before 19:00), please call CAMPSITE. Accommodations and pitches remain booked for 24 hours before arrival. Beyond booking is cancelled without refunding. Check-out is planned before 10:00.
3. Payment
Reservation is valid after a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay during the period of validity of your option.
The remaining balance must be payed 30 days before arrival. Discount is not provided in case of lateness arrival or early departure. The total amount must be payed in case of reservation within 30 days before arrival.
4. Charges (for accommodations)
The price includes electricity, water and gas. Tourist taxes and eco-contribution are not included.
5. Inventory (for accommodations)
Accommodations are cleaned and equipped. The GUEST must leave the accommodation in same conditions. Every accommodation is equipped with dishes, chairs and tables, beds, blankets and pillows. Please note that sheets are provided as supplements. Inventory is done by the CAMPSITE before arrival. Then, the GUEST has 12 hours to notify CAMPSITE of any irregularity. During check-out, a final inventory is done.
6. Guarantee (for accommodations)
The CAMPSITE requires two guarantee: a guarantee of 300 € in case of deterioration and a guarantee of 60 € for cleaning. Guarantees are done during check-in and will be refunded at departure after checking out cleanliness and inventory.
7. Insurance
The CAMPSITE can't be held responsible for theft, loss or damage by violence of nature during the GUEST's stay. The GUEST is responsible for the right insurance during his/her stay and has paid his/her dues. The insurance has to cover a stay on a campsite with the risks that are involved with camping outdoors. In case the normal insurance doesn't cover these risks, the GUEST can ask his/her insurance for an option during the time of his/her stay.
