GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS: ACCOMMODATION
1. The entrance to the campsite, the Lakes of Armagnac, implies full acceptance of the rules of procedure.
2. The stay may be granted only to persons possessing valid insurance, covering the civil liability of the tenant.
3. The tenant accepts the location of its location in the State (trees, plantations, vegetation etc.). It releases the responsibility of the owner in the event of damage on its own assets due to falling branches, bad weather, natural disasters (except breach of maintenance) and in the event of theft, burglary, glass etc.
4 -The pet must be vaccinated, tattooed and leashed. Proof will be required at the reception the day of arrival.
5 - The booking form must be fully and correctly completed. The owner may refuse the reservation request.
6The booking confirmation depends on the following conditions: ¤ the form is correctly completed. ¤ The amount of the deposit and fee must be paid on behalf of B H LOISIRS Ltd and attached to the reservation. ¤ The confirmation of receipt of the deposit and taking account of the booking will be sent after acceptance. ¤ Payment of the balance: the balance of the stay must be paid 15 days before the beginning of the stay. If the balance is not paid on the agreed date, the stay will be cancelled by the client. Therefore, article 9 shall apply.
7 Rent (chalets and mobile homes)
In your arrival, you are required to check encrypted inventory and the condition of the places at your disposal. You should report any anomalies in the half day beyond, inventory is considered accurate.
8 - Deposit, inventory and States of places to rent a chalets or mobile homes.
Upon your arrival, you will be asked a deposit cheque which you shall be refunded after inventory and State of play upon your departure. This amount may be deducted shortages, damage or cleaning costs if the rental is not returned in the same State of cleanliness as your arrival. The amount of the deposit is located on the general tariff.
9 - Cancellation of your fact. (Date taken into account: receiving postal mail or mail)
You will be systematically retained: fees.
We will keep the deposit if the cancellation is made 20 days before the scheduled date of arrival.
10 - Cancellation of the managing company of the camping Lakes of Armagnac. You will be fully reimbursed the sums already paid without claiming any other allowances. This cancellation maybe due to force majeure, unexpected technical problems that can put in question the safety of goods or persons on the site or outside, administrative decisions.
11 – In the event of interruption of your stay, whatever the reason: you will not be reimbursed; however, you will have a discount of 50% for the days remaining to take. This discount is possible for 2 years.
In case of dispute, the two parties will attempt amicable mediation before the competent court of AUCH 32
General conditions of sales for camping places
1 - The entrance to the Domain The Lakes of Armagnac involves the complete acceptance of the internal rules of the campsite.
2 -The stay may be granted only to persons possessing valid insurance, covering the civil liability of the tenant.
¤ The index card of reservation is correctly filled.
¤ The amount of the Deposit and the set-up fees will have to be acquitted in the name of la société BH LOISIRS SARL and joined to the reservation.
¤ The confirmation of reception of the deposit and the consideration of the reservation will be sent to you after acceptance.
¤ Regulation of the balance: the day before your departure in the reception. For the long stays, we can ask for a regulation every end of the week.
4-Cancellation of your fact.
30 € for management fees will be held to you.
5-Cancellation because of the company administrator of the Domain the lakes of Armagnac.
You will entirely be paid off already paid sums, without aspire to any other compensations. This cancellation maybe due to a case of absolute necessity, unexpected technical problems which can question the safety of the properties or the people, the intervention of the police.
In case of dispute, the two parties will attempt amicable mediation before the competent court of AUCH 32
