Payment conditions
Conditions for pitch rental
·A reservation is your guarantee of having one of our numbered pitches on your arrival. Every endeavour is made to ensure that you will have the pitch booked or one next to it.
·Every night counts for midday to midday. Every night started must be paid for.
·The pitch offered cannot be insisted upon if the delay between offer and your reply exceeds 7 days from reservation
·Every rental is nominative and cannot be ended except with written agreement of the Management
·In the absence of written notification of the clients delayed arrival the pitch will become available to rent to others 24 hours after the date of rental and the regulations for 'no show' will be followed
·A deposit of 30% must be sent on reservation, plus €10 booking fee if payment is by credit or debit card not issued by a French bank.
Conditions for renting accommodation
·The accommodation offered cannot be insisted upon if the delay between the offer and your reply exceeds 7 days.
·Each night counts from 2 pm to midday. Each night started must be paid for.
·Every rental is nominative and cannot be ended except with written agreement of the management
·In the absence of written notification that the client wishes to change the arrival date, the accommodation will be made available to others 24 hours after the date mentioned on the reservation and the regulations for 'no show' will be enforced
·A deposit of 25% must be paid at reservation, plus €5 booking fee if payment is by credit or debit card not issued by a French bank.
·Payment of the balance must be made the day of arrival
·On arrival ,after verifying the inventory of your accommodation , a deposit of 200 euros must be paid, this includes:
o49 euros for any eventual cleaning. This 49€ will be returned at your departure having checked the conditions , or it will be retained if there is evidence that the maintenance has not been correctly assured by the client. Each cheque will be returned by post the week of your departure if it was not possible to return it at your departure.
Cancellation
·In the case of cancellation :
More than 30 days of your date of arrival , the deposit cheque of 30% will be retained
29-10 days of your date of arrival , the deposit cheque of 60% will be retained
Less than 10 days or if you do not arrive then the total amount will be requested
Reduction or change
No reduction will be accepted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure
All changes during the stay (extra people , extra rentals )will be paid for at the time
