CONDITIONS OF RENTAL
1) RESERVATIONS AND REGULATIONS
• Reservations are confirmed after receipt of booking form with the required deposit, and agreement of Camping Lann-Brick.
* The balance of the stay will be settled(adjusted) 30 days before the arrival as regards the rents, and the day before the departure for locations.
• A deposit will be requested before taking possession of the rental, and will be returned by mail within 15 days after the departure control and inventory:
- de 350 € for mobil-homes and Tithomes
and 50 euros for cleaning fee upon departure if necessary
• Rentals are from 1st day 4 PM to last day 10 AM.
• Rental is strictly personal. The tenant or the camper is not allowed to rent to other persons,
• or assign its rights under this Agreement without the consent of the campsite.
• Mobile homes and locations are leased for a specific number of people with a vehicle: any changes must be reported to reception and get approval administrator of the campsite.
• The locations are assigned by administrator of the campsite, and by no means the choice of location can provide justification for any reduction or refund of stay.
• Liability insurance mandatory.

- Cancellation:
a / mobile home rental:
• For stays canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, all the vertices
I paid will be retained at the campsite.
• For stays canceled within 30 days prior to arrival, for a few
reason whatsoever, the entire amount of the booking will be liable and will
by the campsite.
b / rental location nu:
For stays canceled, unconsumed, the deposit and fees will
the campsite.
It is recommended to take out cancellation insurance.
• The insurance premium must be paid in full at time of booking the stay and is non-refundable.
• In case of accident, you must notify the company within five days following the disaster.

• The cancellation and interruption insurance covers the stay all monies paid prior to arrival and stay in the amount of unused holiday pro rata in case of premature return.
• No refund will be made if cancellation insurance is not purchased.
3) NOISE AND SILENCE
• Users of the campground are urged to avoid any noise or discussions that might disturb their neighbors.
• The sound equipment must be adjusted accordingly. Car doors and trunks should be as unobtrusive as possible.
• The Total silence is between 23 pm and 7 am.
4) VISITORS
• After being authorized by the Manager, visitors may be allowed in the campground under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The cars of visitors are allowed on the campsite.
5) ANIMALS
• Dogs and cats are allowed, provided they are not aggressive, not noisy, leashed with their vaccinations. The owner must provide evidence at the arrival. The owner is responsible for the cleanliness and safety of their animal. No animal should be left alone at the campsite.
6) POOL
• For hygiene reasons, within the area of the pool - swimming boxer short are prohibited swimming trunks are required.
• Access to the pool is closed to visitors.
7) Expulsion
• The camp reserves the right to expel any violator in the internal rules.
