RENTAL GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CHALET
EN-Effective date of lease:
The reservation relates to the accommodation of tourists for a specific stay in individual chalets (H.L.L Dreams Comfort) The beneficiary of this accommodation are referred to as Tourists.
A rental agreement form must be completed and returned by the tourist to tourist Pole Bellevue, and returned by the Tourist accompanied by the down payment settlement. Within eight days, the Bellevue Pole must sent a booking confirmation.
II-Arrival and Departure
1) Check: The weekly rentals will be available from Saturday 16 until 19h30h and day of the scheduled departure, the rental will be free on Saturday 10h.Les short stay rentals will be available from the day of arrival 3:00 p.m. until 19:30 and the starting date scheduled, rental will be free the day of departure before 12:00.
In the absence of Tourist message specifying that it had to postpone the date of his arrival, the rental becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date on the rental contract and full payment of services will be required.
No reduction will be granted in case of late arrival.
2) Start: The day before, you must report your departure time at the reception for organizing the inventory. For a start after 20h, the vehicle will be parked on the parking lot. The sureties guaranteeing the loss, breakage, damage to equipment and the cleanliness of the premises be returned by mail to the address of the check, less appropriate remediation costs of the leased premises.
III-payment:
To confirm your reservation you must pay a deposit equal to 30% of total stay. A month before your arrival, you must pay the remaining balance. If your reservation is made less than a less prior to arrival, you must pay all of your living expenses at the time of booking.

IV- Cancellation:
If canceled less than a month before the date of arrival, the total amount of your stay will be charged to you.
If canceled less than two months before the date of arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total amount of your stay.
V- Deposit of a CHALET:
Tourists pay a deposit of 200 euros on the day of his arrival, it guarantees the loss, breakage or damage to equipment.
An additional deposit of 60 euros will be required to cover possible cleaning fee at the end of rental.
These deposits will be returned after the condition of the leased premises; the day of departure or by mail within 15 days at the latest, less, if applicable, damages and costs involved in the rehabilitation of the leased premises.
Tourists will, at his departure, to make lease in the same clean condition as he found it upon arrival. If applicable, a deduction of 60 euros will be made on the amount of bonds for the rehabilitation of cleanliness.
V- Deposit of a HOUSE:
Tourists pay a deposit of 300 euros on the day of his arrival, it guarantees the loss, breakage or damage to equipment.
An additional deposit of 100 euros will be required to cover possible cleaning fee at the end of rental.
These deposits will be returned after the condition of the leased premises; the day of departure or by mail within 15 days at the latest, less, if applicable, damages and costs involved in the rehabilitation of the leased premises.

VI-Inventory:
For rentals, an inventory is drawn up and handed to Tourist, on the day of arrival. This inventory is the only reference in case of litigation concerning the inventory. The rental of cleanliness of the day of arrival, will be found in the inventory. The cleaning of the rent is charged to the leisure traveler during the rental period and before departure.
VII Use of premises:
The lease agreement between the parties to this contract shall in no way benefit even partially to third parties without the written consent of the Pole Bellevue. The number of tenants must not in any case exceed the capacity indicated in the contract, the Pole Bellevue reserves the right to refuse the additional tenants. Upon arrival, the visitors must report to reception and pay the fee of 2.50 euros / pers. This fee does not give access to the pool and tourist facilities. Visitors are under the responsibility of their hosts.
VIII Interruption of stay:
In case of interruption of the stay by the Tourist, there will be no refund, whatever the cause.
IX Rules, disorders, Noise:
Tourists must follow the rules of the rules posted at the reception. It is especially requested:
-to allow motor vehicles to the parking lot, except for tent campers and caravan.
-to ensure the peaceful character of the tenancy and make use according to the destination locations.
ATTENTION: Dogs on leash and vaccination papers to present at the reception.

Regulation X-pool WARNING: only the trunks is accepted.
Tourists should respect the safety rules and regulations posted. The pool is not supervised, it asked parents not to leave children unattended around it. Dogs are strictly prohibited around the pool. XI Insurance:
Tourists will be covered by its liability insurance Vacationing for any damage caused by him.
