BOOKING TERMS AND RENTING CONDITIONS
HEATH PASS
To ensure your freedom throughout your holiday, and following recent government announcements, all adults over 18 must present a health pass, once, on arrival at the campsite. It may be in digital or paper format
RESERVATION :
The management reserves the right to accept or refuse bookings (confirmation by letter or mail) and after reception of the deposit payment as following:
For Mobil homes, bungalow tent and canvas tent renting :
- 30 % of the total amount of the renting (with a minimum of 1 night)
+ 16 € of booking fees (only between the 6/7 until the 24/8, offered out of season)
For pitches:
- 30 % of the total amount of the renting (with a minimum of 1 night)
- no booking fees.
The booking is maintained for 24 hours after the planned date of arrival. The person who makes the booking must be present during all the stay. No extra persons allowed on arrival in the camping
RENTING PERIOD:
for the Mobil home, bungalow tents and canvas tents:
Per week beginning on Saturday or Sunday from 4 :00 PM to Saturday or Sundaybefore 10 :00 AM from 13/7 till 24/8. Others dates, arrivals are accepted every day of the week with a minimum of stay depending of the dates.
For pitches:
Arrivals are accepted every day of the week. The pitch will be available from 2:00 PM onwards on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by noon on the day of departure. In case of late departure,
an extra night will be charged.
CANCELLATION:
The deposit paid for the booking will not be reimbursed if the contract is not respected.
For any cancellation before 45 days before the date of arrival, the deposit (excluding the booking fees) will be reimbursed.
You can subscribe a cancellation insurance including COVID risk, which costs 3.2% of the total amount of your stay except tourist tax, to be paid at the booking.
PAYMENT:
For renting, The balance is payable 30 days before arrival.
for pitches, the balance is payable on arrival.
If you break off or cut short your holiday (late arrival, early departure), no refund will be due.
Local tourist tax is 0.45€ per adult per night
CAMPING RULES
The customer makes a commitment to respect and made respect by the other persons of the pitch the internal camping rules.
DEPOSIT:
For pitches, a deposit of 20€ is necessary for the access key
For renting, a deposit (security) of 150 € per Mobil home, bungalow tent or canvas tent will be asked on the day of arrival. Accommodation will be handed over in a perfectly clean and tidy condition, and the inventory will be checked. You will have to pay for any broken or damaged items (based on our price list). In addition a deposit of 50€ for cleaning will be asked. The amount of 50€ will be charged for cleaning the accommodation if this proves necessary.
DISPUTE :
In case of commercial issue and after asking the camping to solve it, any client of the camping can contact the consumer ombudsman, within one year beginning on the date of the letter send to the camping by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
