BOOKING CONDITIONS AND RULES
1 - RESERVATION The reservation is only valid by filling in our rental contract, signed and accompanied of your deposit paid by
credit card. The reservation is definitely when your have received your booking form by return post. Al our bookings are personal and can't
be, under no circumstances, without knowledge and agreement of the direction, be transferred or sublet to another person. THE
CONTRACT IS VALID AFTER THE CAMPSITE HAS RECEIVED THE DEPOSIT. For every pitch or Mobil home there need to be filled in
another contract. For rental accommodations applies : Reservations are from Saturday 16.00 H till Saturday 10.00 H. (July and August).
For the pitches applies : The pitches have to be vacated before 12.00 H on the day of departure. This time passed there will be billed an
extra day. The arrival and departure dates must be exactly specified (This because of our planning) the Total amount of your stay will be
calculated based on your specified booking dates. No money return in case of an early departure 2 – DEPOSIT : A. PITCHES 30
% of the total amount of your stay + 21.00 € reservation fee (not deductible, no return in case of cancellation). Per creditcard. The final
amount must be paid the day of arrival on the campsite B. RENTAL 30 % of the total amount of your stay + 21.00 € reservation fee (not
deductible, no return in case of cancellation). .
3 - CANCELLATION
– An optional cancellation insurance costing 27€ may be taken out at time of booking which guarantees a full refund of your deposit and balance should you need to cancel your booking. According to general conditions of Campez Couvert. Notification of the cancellation must be made by registered letter. Cancellations made by telephone or e-mail are not valid. Without cancellation insurance, deposits or balance are non-refundable. The booking fee and cancellation insurance cost are non-refundable.
4 - ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE PITCH The arrivals are from 12.00 H. The
departures have to be vacated the pitch before 12.00 H. This time passed, there will be billed an extra day. In case of late arrival, the pitch
will be held for 24 hours after the agreed date of reservation. This time passed, the direction of the campsite has the right to rent this pitch
to another. Al our bookings are personal, is for maximum 6 persons and can't be, under no circumstances, without knowledge and
agreement of the direction, be transferred or sublet to another person . RENTALS The arrivals are from 16.00 H. The departures are
only on Saturday morning between 8.00 H and 10.00 H. The check out of het accommodations is also on Saturday morning between 8.00
H and 10.00 H, by agreement, the caution paid will be returned to your. Clients preferring to leave the evening before, have to vacated the
Mobil home before 20.00 H. In case of late arrival, the Mobil home will be held for 24 hours after the agreed date of reservation. This
time passed, the direction of the campsite has the right to rent the Mobil home to another. ATTENTION ! In all cases count : In case
of an early departure or a late arrival, cannot be claimed any reduction or refund of the amount. The specified dates in
the contract are binding and will be calculated to you. In case of a change of dates in your stay, we cannot guarantee that
you maintain the same accommodation..... 5 – CAUTION AND RENTAL RULES At your arrival we'll ask a caution of 160.00 €,
which will be returned at the checkout when everything is in order, when things are broken or missing it will be deducted of the caution. In
case the house cleaning isn't done properly, the direction will deducting 55.00 € house cleaning fee of your caution. Every accommodation
is for a maximum number of persons, this number should be equal to the number of persons declared at time of booking. Devices with a
high amperage are not allowed (irons, hairdryers, electric barbecues) . Pets are NOT allowed in our rental accommodations. PITCH The
final amount of your stay must be paid on the day of arrival. The amount of your stay will be calculated on the base of the specified
booking dates in the contract. ATTENTION ! : In case of an early departure or a late arrival, cannot be claimed any reduction or refund
of the amount. Pets are allowed on the campsite, hold on leash.. At your arrival you must be able to present their vaccination certificate.
Tourist taxes included in the tariffs. Every camper is expected to keep adhere to the rules of the campsite. In case of dispute is the tribunal
of MILLAU only judge.
