1 - CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION: To be allowed to enter, settle, and stay on the ground, it must have been authorized by the manager or his representative (the head of the reception office). The fact of staying on the campground implies acceptance of the provisions of this regulation and the commitment to comply.
WARRANTY DEPOSIT: Upon arrival, the tenant will receive the keys of the accommodation in exchange for the deposit.
Reservations can be made by mail, e-mail, or telephone. Your application will be recorded and a rental contract will be sent to you. It will be completed and sent back with a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay plus booking fees (refer to rates), within 7 days. The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old, be legally able to contract in accordance with these rental conditions and guarantee the accuracy and accuracy of the information. In addition, she must be a participant in the booked stay. The rights of this contract are not transferable. Requests for reservations involving minor children not accompanied by a direct legal representative (father or mother) will be refused. Rental reservations are only possible per week in high season, the arrival days are indicated in the price schedule. Included in the rental price: water, electricity, gas and access to games and animations.
A deposit of 250 € will be requested from each client at the beginning of the stay. This deposit will be returned to the client upon departure after inventory of the mobile home.
If the departure is outside the opening hours (from 8am to 10am), the deposit will be returned by post after inventory.
The mobil-home must be returned in the state of cleanliness identical to that found on arrival, otherwise a lump sum of 50 € per household will be retained. Deposits in cash can only be returned to the customer during the opening of the reception. If guests wish to vacate their mobile home before the opening of the reception, they must provide a deposit in check.
The capacity of the mobil-home (4, 5, or 6 people) is CLOSED for a question of insurance and thus security of persons. No additional persons (even infants) will be accepted. Only the persons named on the booking contract will be allowed to stay on the campsite. Any change will remain at the discretion of the management of the campsite.
2 - FORMALITY OF POLICY Any person who must stay at least one night in the camp must first present his identity documents to the manager or his representative and complete the formalities required by the police. Unaccompanied minors of their parents shall be admitted only with written authorization from them.
Cancellation policy: all cancellations must be made in writing to the campsite.
For any cancellation request more than 30 days before the arrival date, the 30% deposit will be retained. Within 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be taken into account.
Early departure or late arrival will not be refunded.
Consequently, the cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
3 - INSTALLATION: The tent, caravan or motorhome and any related equipment must be installed in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative
4 - HOST OFFICE: It is open from 8:00 to 10:00 for departures and 16:00 to 19:00 for arrivals.
Information about campground services, information on refueling facilities, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the vicinity and various addresses that may be useful can be found at the reception desk.
