GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
DEFINITIONS:
ORDER or RESERVATION or RENTAL: Purchase of Services.
SERVICES: Rental accommodation or pitch.
ACCOMMODATION: Tent, caravan, mobile home, and lightweight recreational accommodation.
ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all rentals of accommodation or pitches on the Le Repaire campsite, operated by Mr. Fouchault Aurélien SAS LE REPAIRE, to customers. The main features of the Services are presented on the website www.camping-le-repaire.fr.
The Customer is required to read them before placing an order. The selection and purchase of a Service is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

These terms and conditions apply to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions, including those applicable to other sales channels for the Services.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are accessible at any time on the website and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version or other contractual document.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Service Provider's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer.
Under the conditions defined by the French Data Protection Act and the European Data Protection Regulation, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and object to all of their personal data at any time by writing to:

The Customer declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before proceeding with the order process.
As these General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be subject to subsequent amendments, the version applicable to the Customer's purchase is the one in effect on the website on the date the order is placed.
ARTICLE 2 – RESERVATIONS
The Customer selects the services wished to order.
- The reservation and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale become effective only with the campsite's agreement, after receipt of the reservation deposit.
- The balance of the stay is due 30 days before arrival. During these 30 days, the reservation must be paid in full.
- Le Repaire Campsite will not cover any additional costs incurred due to failure to comply with the initial reservation conditions.
- Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- Camping Pitch – The basic package includes a pitch for a tent, caravan, or motorhome for 1 person, access to the restrooms, swimming pool, bar/snack bar (in season), pond, and reception facilities. Pitches are available from 3:30 p.m. and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m.
- Rental Accommodation – Check-in is from 3:30 p.m. Upon collection of the keys to your rental, a deposit (€300) and cleaning fees will be required. The rental is strictly personal. The tenant may not sublet or assign their rights under this agreement without the consent of Le Repaire Campsite. Rental accommodations are rented for a specific number of people and with a vehicle: any changes must be reported to reception and approved by the campsite management.
On the departure date indicated on your contract, the rental accommodation must be vacated before 10 a.m. The accommodation will be returned in a perfectly clean condition, and the inventory may be checked. Any broken or damaged items will be your responsibility, as will the restoration of the premises if necessary. The deposit will be returned to you by post, delivered in person, or destroyed within 7 days after the end of your stay and after the exit inventory. Withholding the deposit does not preclude additional compensation in the event that costs exceed the amount of the deposit.
It is the Customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the Order and to immediately report any errors. The Order will only be considered final after the Service Provider sends the Customer confirmation of acceptance of the Order by email. Any Order placed with the campsite or on the website www.camping-le-repaire.fr constitutes the formation of a contract concluded remotely between the Customer and the Service Provider.
All Orders are personal and may not be transferred under any circumstances.
Access to the swimming pool, paddling pool, and its terrace at the campsite for visitors is strictly prohibited; they must report to reception before entering the campsite.
ARTICLE 3 – RATES
The highest rates may be charged by travel agencies.
The Services offered by the Service Provider are provided at the rates in effect on the website www.camping-le-repaire.fr, when the order is placed by the Service Provider. Prices are expressed in Euros, excluding or including VAT, and normal prices are displayed at the campsite entrance. Additional promotions may be available online.
Rates take into account any discounts that may be granted by the Service Provider on the website www.camping-le-repaire.fr.
These rates are fixed and not subject to revision during their validity period, as indicated on the website www.camping-le-repaire.fr. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices at any time outside this validity period.
An invoice is issued by the Service Provider and provided to the Customer upon provision of the Services ordered.
3.1. TOURIST TAX AND HOUSEHOLD WASTE
Tourist tax and household waste are not included in the rates. Their amount is determined per person per night and varies depending on the destination. It is payable at the time of booking. Household waste and tourist taxes are 1€ per person per night for the year 2025; they may be increased at any time.
ARTICLE 4 - PAYMENT TERMS
4.1. DEPOSIT
A deposit corresponding to 30% of the total price of the Services ordered is required when the Customer places the order. This deposit must be paid to complete a booking. It will be deducted from the rental fees but will not be refunded by the Service Provider in the event of cancellation.
The balance of the stay must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of an oversight, the balance and deposit must be paid no later than the day of arrival and before the keys are handed over.
4.2. PAYMENTS
Payments made by the Client will only be considered final after the amounts due have been collected by the Service Provider.
4.3. NON-COMPLIANCE WITH PAYMENT TERMS
Furthermore, the Service Provider reserves the right, in the event of non-compliance with the payment terms set out above, to suspend or cancel the provision of the Services ordered by the Client and/or to suspend the performance of its obligations.
4.4. PAYMENT METHODS
No additional fees, exceeding the costs incurred by the Service Provider for the use of a payment method, may be charged to the Client.
ARTICLE 5 - PROVISION OF SERVICES
5.1. PROVISION AND USE OF SERVICES
The accommodation or pitch may be occupied from 3:30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The accommodation and pitches are designed for a specific number of occupants and may not be occupied by more people under any circumstances.
The accommodation and pitches will be returned in the same state of cleanliness as upon delivery. Any missing or damaged inventory upon arrival must be reported by the customer to the campsite reception within 12 hours of receiving the keys, by email at contact@camping-le-repaire, or by text at +33 6.27.96.22.16.
Inventories are posted in the mobile homes.
Failing this, the tenant will be required to pay a fixed amount, determined by management, for cleaning the rental and missing inventory. Any damage to the accommodation or its accessories will be immediately repaired at the tenant's expense. The condition of the accommodation and the end-of-rental inventory must be exactly the same as at the beginning of the rental. The campsite reserves the right to notify any unscrupulous guests of any comments within 72 hours after the end of the stay.
The tenant will use the rental peacefully and properly in accordance with its intended purpose; the rentals are strictly non-smoking.
No interior or exterior modifications to the accommodation are permitted (stretched canvas, hammocks, ropes, masts, flags, luggage racks, etc.).
Any high-power electrical appliance (> 1000 W) brought by the tenant is strictly prohibited (griddle, barbecue, electric oven, or plugging in an electric car, in particular). Tenants are strongly urged to avoid any noise or conversations that could disturb their neighbors.
Audio equipment must be adjusted accordingly. Doors, trunks, and trunks must be closed as discreetly as possible.
- Total silence must be observed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m, otherwise, you will be immediately expelled from the campsite and will not be refunded.
5.2. SECURITY DEPOSIT
For accommodation rentals, a security deposit of €300 is required from the tenant on the day the keys are handed over. This deposit is returned by post, hand-delivered, or destroyed within 7 days of the guest's departure, less any possible restoration costs. The guest will be immediately notified within 72 hours of departure in the event of a problem, before the deposit is collected.
This deposit does not constitute a limit on liability.
ARTICLE 6 – DELAY, INTERRUPTION, OR CANCELLATION OF STAY BY THE CUSTOMER
No discount will be granted in the event of late arrival, early departure, or a change in the number of people (whether for all or part of the planned stay).
6.1. MODIFICATION
In the event of a change in the number of people, the Service Provider will endeavor to accommodate the request as much as possible. Any request to reduce the length of your stay will be considered by the Service Provider as a partial cancellation, the consequences of which are governed by Article 6.3.
6.2. INTERRUPTION
Early departure will not give rise to any refund from the Service Provider.
6.3. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
6.3.1. - All cancellations must be notified by mail.
- SAS le Repaire will not refund any deposit in the event of cancellation.
- From 30 to 0 days before your scheduled arrival date, the total balance of the stay must be paid in full to SAS LE REPAIRE. In the event of cancellation of the stay, there will be no refund from SAS LE REPAIRE. To receive a refund for the stay, the customer must have cancellation insurance and must process the cancellation directly with the relevant insurance company.

6.3.2 By way of exception to paragraph 6.3.1, in the event that cancellation of the stay is justified by the fact that one of the participants is directly or indirectly affected by COVID-19 (infection or contact case), and that this situation would jeopardize their participation in the stay, the cancellation will be made without termination compensation. The processing and administration fees (Article 3) will nevertheless remain the responsibility of the Service Provider.
The Client must provide proof of the event giving rise to the right to cancellation without termination compensation. 6.3.3 By way of exception to paragraph 6.3.1, in the event that the Customer is forced to cancel their stay entirely due to government measures preventing participants from traveling (local lockdown, travel ban), even though the campsite is able to fulfill its obligation and accommodate them, the Service Provider will issue a credit note corresponding to the amounts paid by the Customer, plus the processing and management fees (Article 3), which will remain the property of the Service Provider. No refund will be made.
This credit note, non-refundable and non-transferable, will be valid for a maximum of 12 months.
The management reserves the right to refuse any reservation, particularly in the event of an unusual request, and to evict any person acting in bad faith or failing to comply with the internal regulations or the general rental conditions, without refund.
ARTICLE 7 - CUSTOMER LIABILITY
7.1. CIVIL LIABILITY
The tenant must have civil liability insurance covering camping, rental, and vacation rentals. Proof of insurance may be requested from the Client before the start of the service.
7.2. ANIMALS
Pets are allowed in rental accommodation and in campervan rentals, under the responsibility of their owners.
They are accepted subject to the fees available from the Service Provider and payable on site. Category 1 and 2 dogs, as defined in Article L 211-12 of the Rural and Maritime Fishing Code, are prohibited.
A vaccination record, keeping the pet on a leash, dog waste pick-up by the pet owner, microchipping, not leaving the pet alone on the campsite, and paying the pet fee before entering the campsite are mandatory.
7.3. INTERNAL RULES
Internal rules are posted at the entrance to the establishment and at reception. The Customer is required to read and comply with them.
ARTICLE 8 - LIABILITY OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER - WARRANTY
The Services provided through the Service Provider's website www.camping-le-repaire.fr comply with the regulations in force in France.
ARTICLE 9 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Activities related to the organization and sale of stays or excursions on a specific date or during a specified period are not subject to the withdrawal period applicable to distance selling.
ARTICLE 10 - PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Service Provider, the drafter of this document, implements personal data processing for the following legal purposes:
● Either the legitimate interest pursued by the Service Provider when it pursues the following purposes:
- prospecting
- managing relationships with its clients and prospects,
- organizing, registering, and inviting clients to the Service Provider's events,
- processing, executing, prospecting, producing, managing, and monitoring client requests and files,
- drafting documents on behalf of its clients.
● Or compliance with legal and regulatory obligations when it implements processing for the following purposes:
- preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism and combating corruption,
- invoicing,
- accounting.
The Service Provider only retains data for the duration necessary for the operations for which it was collected and in compliance with applicable regulations. In this regard, customer data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship plus 3 years for marketing and prospecting purposes, without prejudice to retention obligations or limitation periods.
For the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing, data is retained for 5 years after the end of the relationship with the Service Provider. For accounting purposes, it is retained for 10 years from the end of the financial year.
Prospect data is retained for a period of 3 years if no participation or registration for the Service Provider's events has taken place.
The data processed is intended for authorized persons of the Service Provider.
Under the conditions defined by the French Data Protection Act and the European Data Protection Regulation, individuals have the right to access, rectify, query, limit, transfer, and erase their data.
Data subjects also have the right to object, at any time, for reasons relating to their particular situation, to the processing of their personal data based on the Service Provider's legitimate interest, as well as the right to object to commercial prospecting.
They also have the right to define general and specific guidelines defining how they intend the above-mentioned rights to be exercised after their death.

Data subjects have the right to file a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority).
ARTICLE 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the website www.camping-le-repaire.fr is the property of the Service Provider and its partners and is protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
Any total or partial reproduction of this content is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of copyright.
Furthermore, the Service Provider remains the owner of all intellectual property rights to the photographs, presentations, studies, drawings, models, prototypes, etc. created (even at the Customer's request) for the purpose of providing the Services to the Customer. The Customer therefore agrees not to reproduce or exploit said studies, drawings, models, prototypes, etc. without the express, prior written consent of the Service Provider, which may be conditional upon financial compensation.
ARTICLE 12 - APPLICABLE LAW - LANGUAGE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the transactions resulting therefrom are governed by and subject to French law. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall be authoritative in the event of a dispute.
ARTICLE 13 – DISPUTES
All disputes arising from the purchase and sale transactions concluded pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, concerning their validity, interpretation, performance, termination, consequences, and follow-up, and which cannot be resolved between the Service Provider and the customer, shall be submitted to the competent courts under the conditions of common law in the 24 department.
ARTICLE 14 - PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION - CUSTOMER ACCEPTANCE
The Customer acknowledges having received, prior to placing his Order, in a legible and comprehensible manner, these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and all the information and details referred to in Articles L111-1 to L111-7 of the Consumer Code, in addition to the information required pursuant to the decree of October 22, 2008 relating to the prior information of the consumer on the characteristics of rental accommodation in outdoor hotels and in particular:
- the essential characteristics of the Services, taking into account the communication medium used and the Services concerned;
- the price of the Services and ancillary costs;
- information relating to the identity of the Service Provider, its postal, telephone and electronic contact details, and its activities, if they are not apparent from the context;
- information relating to legal and contractual guarantees and their terms of implementation; the functionalities of the digital content and, where applicable, its interoperability;
- the possibility of resorting to conventional mediation in the event of a dispute;
- information relating to termination procedures and other important contractual conditions.
The act of an individual (or legal entity) placing an order on the website www.camping-le-repaire.fr, by email, post, or telephone, implies full adherence to and acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which is expressly acknowledged by the Customer, who waives, in particular, the right to rely on any contradictory document, which would be unenforceable against the Service Provider.
