General terms and conditions of sale
1. On your pre-arranged day of arrival:
Your pitch will be available from 1.45pm and rental accommodation from 3pm in July and August and from 4pm during other periods.
2. Let us know if you are going to be late: if you fail to do so the campsite may reassign the pitch or accommodation and your down payment will be forfeited.
3.The pitch or rental accommodation will be allocated by the campsite, on the day of arrival. Should you alter your holiday dates for any reason we are unable to guarantee you the same pitch or rental accommodation.
4.The reservation of your pitch or accommodation is only guaranteed once you have received confirmation from us and following receipt of the signed rental contract including down payment. Accepted payment methods: money order, cheque, debit/credit card, holiday cheques, cash.
5. Payment terms:
Rental accommodation
On receipt of your signed rental contract and down payment, we will send you confirmation, subject to availability.
For reservations made more than 30 days prior to the start of your stay, a down payment of 25% of the total reserved amount will be payable.
For reservations made less than 30 days prior to the start of your stay, payment in full will be required at the time of reservation. The balance must be settled 30 days prior to your date of arrival at the campsite, failing which we will consider your reservation to have been cancelled and the relevant cancellation conditions shall apply.
Pitches
On receipt of your signed rental contract and down payment, we will send you confirmation, subject to availability.
For reservations made online via our website, a down payment of 25% of the total reserved amount will be payable. For reservations made by telephone or post, a flat fee of €55 (€40 down payment + €15 administration fee) will be payable. Reservation fees are only charged during high season.
The balance of your account balance must be settled on the day prior to your departure at the latest.
6. In the event of delayed arrival or early departure with regards to the date stated on your contract:
For pitches, the applicable on-site rate shall be payable per reserved day. For rental accommodation, no reimbursement shall
